On Feed > Agents, a pulse card such as Champion Move links the first mention of each person the pulse lists, in the title and the body, to their contact profile, which opens in the side pane. You can open the person from the card instead of searching for them. The link shows only when the pulse lists the person.
In the Chrome extension's expanded list view, Ask AI now uses the contacts that view currently shows, so filtering the list changes what you can ask about. With rows selected it uses those rows. On the Companies and Scoops tabs there are no contacts, so Ask AI is turned off with a No contacts available tooltip.
Alternate direct and mobile numbers marked Do Not Call are treated like a primary number marked Do Not Call. They don't show as dialable in the contact header, the side panel profile, or the contact details menu in Advanced Search, Audiences and Feed, so a number you shouldn't call doesn't look like one you can.
On LinkedIn search results, a headline like Senior Product Manager @ZoomInfo splits into a job title and a company in the Chrome extensions, even with no space after the @. The contact shows with its title and company, rather than the whole headline as the title and no company.
In the Chrome extension side panel, the Run agent button shows greyed out on unverified contacts and companies, with a tooltip saying agents can't run on them, in place of being hidden. That covers contacts with a ZoomInfo ID but unconfirmed employment at the company, and CRM record pages where the company didn't match in ZoomInfo. The button is still there, so it doesn't look like the feature is missing.
The four Business Context list pages have an Ask AI button at the top right, ahead of Archive and Create. It opens the same chat as the Ask AI item in the Generate with AI menu, so you can ask a question about your business context without leaving the list. Read-only users see Ask AI too.
A chat that starts with an @-mention shows the person or company name in its chat history title and preview, in the chat header and in the first message while it sends, in place of the raw mention markup. Sent messages still show mention pills.
Attaching a CSV in Chat or on Home shows a warning when the file is over its share of what the agent reads, for example 83,333 characters each when three files are attached, so you know the agent will read only the first part. The file still uploads and you can send it. Chat also refuses a file over 100 MB or of an unsupported type before upload, with a message naming the file, instead of leaving a red pill in one of your five attachment slots.
Opening a chat lands you at the latest message right away, including when you switch threads in a chat that is already open, instead of showing the top and scrolling down. Scrolling up slowly while a reply is streaming in stays where you stopped, so you can reread earlier messages without being pulled back to the bottom.
The External only switch on Home’s Your Calendar card and on the Upcoming tab now remembers your choice on this browser and stays in sync between the two.
An Audience column can now carry more than one filter, and a record has to match all of them. For example, you can keep Next Best Action values that are not empty and also do not contain a phrase you want to leave out. Each filter shows as its own chip, so you edit or remove one without touching the others, and saved views keep every filter.
If you answer a question card in chat while the agent is still replying, the answer isn't sent. The card now stays open with your pick instead of showing Answered, so you can send it again when the reply finishes. A suggested next action shows Sent only when it went out, and the message box keeps your typed text when a send is turned away.
The Contact Info filter for a contacts column has a Match contacts with switch: Any of these (the default) or All of these. Choose Any to find contacts with at least one ticked detail, such as a mobile phone or a business email, or All to find contacts that have every one. View settings for a saved column now shows which option it uses.
Copy on an AI reply now leaves out inline citation links such as [1], so an email you paste to a customer has none. The citations still show in the reply on screen, and Copy hides when a reply holds nothing but citations.
In full-page chat, click a conversation's name in the header to rename it in place. If the new name can't be saved, a toast tells you.
Give your n8n AI agents and workflows a direct line to ZoomInfo, so they can research companies, enrich contacts, and monitor buying signals. There are two ways to connect. With the ZoomInfo MCP Server on n8n's MCP Client, ask n8n's AI Assistant to research companies and enrich contacts with ZoomInfo data: open the AI Assistant chat box, select +, choose Connected services, search for ZoomInfo, and sign in. With the n8n Node Native API Connector, add the verified ZoomInfo node to any workflow to search contacts by company, title, seniority, and location, search companies by size, revenue, and industry, and enrich the records you already have. An n8n instance owner sets up the node first. Both connections sign in with your own ZoomInfo credentials.
Trigger ZoomInfo agents and Agent Teams from your own workflows and get their results back as text or structured data. Start a run with a single API call, and for shorter jobs choose to get the answer back in the same response. Before you run an agent, look up the inputs it expects, and afterward review its past and active runs. Agents that support streaming can also send their progress as they work.
The Data Quality API lets you check and fix contact and company data before it reaches your CRM, directly from your own integration, in a single API call. Feed it a lead list and it tells you which emails and phone numbers are correctly formatted, confirms whether addresses are real and deliverable, and reformats inconsistent entries like "VP of Sales" and "Vice President, Sales" into one standard value. Available now in Beta as part of the Builder Bundle in GTM.AI Self Serve; create an API key with the Data Quality scope in Custom Apps. Also available in Beta for GTM One Builder Bundle customers with bulk data credits.
Run your ZoomInfo exports on up to 50 person or company records in a single API call, whether the export retrieves data, enriches records, or sends data out to a connected account. Browse the exports available to you, open one to see what it does and which account it connects to, then check the status of each run.
This quarter's update sharpens where a US location sits on a map. It also reflects two data quality improvements that have been expanding since earlier this quarter. US location coordinates are more precise. US business addresses now point to the building itself wherever that detail is available, instead of a shared point for the surrounding area. The share of records with their own unique coordinate rose from 7% to 24%, sharpening the location data you already use for mapping, routing, and territory work. ZoomInfo's database now stands at approximately 123.1M companies.
Alternative mobile numbers are now available for 2,280,921 contacts worldwide, with the largest coverage gains in India, the United Kingdom, Brazil, the Netherlands, Australia, and Italy. For teams running international sales or recruiting motions, this expands phone reachability across more than 190 countries and gives reps and recruiters a second number to try for the same contact. We've also added 1.375 million new supplemental emails for US contacts, so there are more email options alongside the added mobile coverage. Both updates activate automatically for eligible accounts across Sales, Copilot, GTM Studio, Talent, and Marketing, appearing as a second contact option directly in search results and contact profiles with no setup required.
Ask AI can now answer questions about contact lists in the Chrome extension side panel. Contacts are already attached. Select rows to narrow the context; a notice tells you when only the first part of a long list is included. Contact lists open on the default buying group, matching the web app. Email and phone links open your mail or phone app, while other widget links open in GTM One.
Dedicated Chrome extension profile layouts let you arrange Context Graph information with new tabs, prompt-based custom insights, and widgets created in App Builder. Multiple layouts and admin-assigned layouts are supported.
Company and contact profiles in the Chrome extension side panel now keep a tabbed layout at every panel width, while Advanced Search results still widen with the panel. A grey line beneath the social links opens the matched CRM record picker. Choose among company accounts or contact and lead matches; the header’s account owner and type follow your selection. Opportunities remain in the CRM tab.
In the Location filter, choose Add states in bulk and paste US state or Canadian province names or two-letter codes. Each recognized value becomes a chip; unrecognized values are flagged and left out. For example, Texas, NY, Ontario, DC adds four chips.
Use the ban icon on a place’s chip in the Country, State, or City filter to exclude it from Advanced Search results. Click again to include it. You can exclude countries, continents, and US and Canadian states and metros; other cities and postal codes support inclusion only.
Choose 25, 50, or 100 rows from Results per load beside Show more in Advanced Search. The setting works on Companies, Contacts, and Scoops, and your browser remembers it. The list stops at 2,500 rows.
In Add row, select any number of ZoomInfo contacts or companies and choose Add to build up an Audience in one step. Shift+click selects a range. Results already added are marked In Audience, and one Undo takes back the whole addition.
Click a cell’s funnel to filter an Audience to that value, then click it again to bring the rows back. Only the value added by that funnel is removed, so filters built in the filter panel stay in place.
Collapse the Audience’s left panel into a narrow strip labeled Refine using the icon in its header, matching Advanced Search. Click the strip to open it again and return to your Audience context and filters.
Automated Audience exports can now send only records that are new or changed since the previous successful export. In Audience > Automation > Export settings, choose New or updated records only (recommended) or All records in selected scope. Incremental exports work with every automated export destination.
Opening Activate while Enrich is open now shows one panel at a time, keeping the Audience records grid wide. Use the breadcrumb, such as Enrich / Activate, to return to the panel underneath with its step and form intact.
Choose Sort ascending or Sort descending in a column menu to replace the previous Audience sort with that column. For multiple columns, Shift+click a sort option to add it to the current sort, up to three columns. Numbers on the headers show their order.
Freeze and Unfreeze in a view-only shared Audience now apply to your own view. Move a column next to a frozen one to arrange the grid without changing the owner’s Audience.
Ask AI now shows a file summary and suggested prompts when you first open it on a document. The card includes its icon and name. Choose a prompt to fill the message box, then edit it before sending. The document stays attached.
Send external recipients a document or folder link by email from Share. Resending asks for confirmation. People with access marks recipients as Direct or Via folder and lets you remove access. Removing someone whose access comes through a folder asks for confirmation because it removes access to the whole folder.
The Feed now refreshes after 10 minutes, reflects company unfollows made elsewhere in the app, and renders bold text and bullet lists in agent cards. Expand tables in place to read their full content. On the Agents tab, the filter lists every agent team across folders and shows each team’s count for the current folder.
Snippet creators can now choose Edit from a snippet’s menu to change its range, title, and settings while keeping the original link. Only the creator sees Edit, and admin expiry limits still apply. Open the snippet’s menu to make changes.
Agent Team Approval steps can now notify approvers by email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams alongside the in-app notification. Email and Slack can send as you or as ZoomInfo, with each option showing its connection status. Set one reminder after 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours, a timeout of 8, 12, 24, or 48 hours, and automatic approval or rejection on timeout. Configure these options on the Approval step in the builder.
Agent Team builders can now use MCP-compatible servers published by an admin, including in-house and third-party servers. Authentication supports OAuth, API keys, or none. Admins can share a managed key across the organization or require each user to connect their own account through Settings > Integrations. Add a published server from the capabilities catalog. Contact your ZoomInfo account manager to enable this.
Nyne, Versium, and SixtyFour are now available in the Agent Teams capability catalog. No API key or connection setup is required. Nyne starts from an email or LinkedIn profile and returns identity, company, location, work email, and phone details. Versium finds US business emails and mobile numbers from a name plus city and state, or a LinkedIn profile. SixtyFour finds an email or direct phone number from LinkedIn and includes email validation status. Add them from the capabilities catalog.
Continue reading where you are as more results keep coming in. When you reach the bottom of the loaded results and select Show More, the next rows load below the one you were on, so you pick up right where you left off. This applies to Advanced Search results and the WebSights Analytics table.
Move through Advanced Search results by keyboard alone, and open what you need with Enter or Space. On a focused cell, the key press opens the contact, company, or content link inside it, on the Contacts, Companies, Scoops, and Content Interactions tabs.
Add column now opens a quick menu instead of a blank form. Along with Add custom column and Search all enrichments, it suggests up to three enrichment fields this Audience doesn’t have yet. Click a field to add it. You can click several in a row, and each one shows as adding until it’s done.
Build AI columns with confidence, knowing how many data sources each one can use. Enrich with AI takes up to 20 data sources for Data Analysis, AI Emailer, and Web Research columns, shows the limit as you add sources, and explains the reason if a preview isn't accepted. Find it under Enrich in any Audience.
Export from any Audience card knowing where to look. In Cards view, Signal and Snowflake company Audiences show all of their CRM export destinations together in one Export dropdown.
Run an enrichment once and use the results in two places. Add them as columns on your current sheet to keep working your Audience, and save them to a new sheet to take elsewhere, both from the same enrichment run.
Narrow your contact list by what you know about each contact's company. On Audiences built with Find Contacts, any column you add from the related company is available as a filter in the Audience's filter options.
Follow companies as you work through an Audience, right where you found them. Use Follow in a row's menu for one company, in the selection bar for everything you have selected, or Follow Audience in the header menu for the whole sheet, up to 10,000 companies. Follow appears only on companies you aren't following yet.
Turn the Audiences you have already built into followed accounts in your Feed. Open the Feed's followed-accounts settings, pick up to 10 company Audiences with up to 10,000 companies each, and follow them in one run. Track progress or send it to the background, and a summary shows how many companies were followed and which rows had no ZoomInfo company match.
Move Audiences to a folder now lets you search for folders by name, or create a new one on the spot, instead of scrolling a long list. Only folders you created will appear.
Email the people you want to reach first, one ready-made batch at a time. Sort or filter your Audience, then choose Select 25 in the selection column menu to pick the first 25 rows in your current order. That matches the number of emails AI Emailer can draft at a time, so each batch is ready to go.
You can now send the emails you’ve already written in an Audience without generating them again. In any ZoomInfo or CRM Contact Audience, select your contacts, choose Email, then pick the AI email column you want to send from. Each column works like a template and shows how many of the selected contacts already have a draft. The drafts open in AI Emailer, ready to review and send. Contacts without a draft are skipped.
You can now arrow through the @ mention suggestions and press Enter or Tab to insert one without reaching for the mouse.
When Ada, the AI Support Assistant, is available on the page, an answer about getting help can include a card that opens Ada.
Type, and attach files, in the Chat composer while an answer streams, and click anywhere on the composer card to start typing. Each answer has one action bar with thumbs up and down, Retry on the newest answer, Copy and the timestamp, and older answers show theirs on hover or keyboard focus. Scrolling up by any amount while an answer streams stops it from pulling you back to the bottom.
When Chat asks you questions with options to choose from, each question now has a "Type your own answer..." row for an answer the options don't cover. Once you send, your answers collapse into a single card that lists each question with what you chose or wrote.
Feed cards now show their publication date. Click a CRM tag, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics, to open the record directly in your CRM. Followed Companies CSV import accepts ZoomInfo Company IDs as well as names. Audience Builder cards also offer the same quick actions as their matching table rows.
Find out who submitted a form in a couple of clicks. Select “See Details” on a form-submission signal in a company profile, and the All Contacts list opens with the people the signal captured.
A link or button in one of your apps that opens another site now opens it in an ordinary browser tab. A button that starts a Gmail draft, for example, opens the compose window ready to write. This works in every app you open from Apps, including apps published before this release, so you do not need to republish an app for its links to work.
You can now share an app you built when its Audience is shared with your whole organization, not only when you own that Audience. When the Audience's owner approves someone's request to use your app, that person also gets view access to the app's Audience, so the app opens with its data. If the Audience can't be shared with them, the approval says so.
Past meetings in the activity log now show how long the recording ran, so you can tell a real conversation from a quick check-in at a glance. The Participants filter also has a search field, so you can type a name instead of scrolling a long list.
Download a recording from the Recording settings menu on the meeting page, which also holds the name, account, owner and privacy settings.
When you scroll through a meeting transcript during playback, it no longer jumps back to the part being played. To return to it, click Back to playhead and the transcript follows the recording again.
Send a teammate straight to the profile you're viewing. Clicking Share on a contact or company profile copies the link to your clipboard and confirms with “Link copied”, ready to paste into a message.
The Suggest Update capability now sits in the contact and company profile header, marked with a pencil icon, so a correction is one click away while the profile is in front of you.
Five new Agent Teams tools cover enrichment, outreach preparation, local business research, and CRM updates. Datagma and LeadMagic enrich contacts and companies; LeadMagic also finds mobile numbers, job openings, and competitors. Findymail finds and verifies business emails. Yelp matches local businesses and returns ratings, hours, categories, and review excerpts. Insightly searches, creates, and updates CRM contacts, leads, and organizations. Add any tool from the capabilities catalog.
Audience triggers (new row, row updated, row deleted) now default to a maximum of 100 runs per day, replacing the previous per-row default. This protects your account from unexpectedly high run volumes when a large audience update occurs. Adjust this limit anytime in the trigger's Run Frequency settings.
Cap how many AI credits an Agent Team can use each calendar month by setting a budget on its Settings page. Once the budget is reached, new runs, whether manual or trigger-fired, don't start until the month resets, and runs already in progress finish. The budget comes out of your organization's AI credit pool, is separate from per-user credit limits, and is unlimited until you set one.
Date filters on Agent Team triggers now support relative time windows, such as "in the last 30 days" or "more than 90 days ago," alongside fixed dates. Set the condition once and it continues evaluating accurately as time passes. Configure relative date filters on any date or datetime trigger field in the trigger builder.
Choose a step to stop a test run after, so you can validate the first few steps of an Agent Team without running everything after it. Every step up to your stop point runs for real, including actions like sending emails or writing to your CRM, and you only use credits for the steps that run. Pick your stop point from the "Run to step" dropdown on the Review and run step of the Test run wizard.
Get an email when an Agent Team run you started completes, fails, or is stopped, so you don't have to keep checking back on long-running or scheduled workflows. Each individual run sends its own email with a link straight to the run's details, and a bulk run sends one summary with the count per status, such as “5 completed, 2 failed, 4 stopped”. When a run is delegated, the email goes to both the person who ran the Agent Team and the delegated user. Turn run emails on or off under Settings > Notifications, or use the bell icon on an agent team to mute just that team.
The GTM One Chrome extension is live. Connected to the Context Graph, it brings account intelligence, CRM history, engagements, and account profiles alongside your browser work. Match LinkedIn search results to contacts, filter out people already in your CRM, and generate tailored emails. Run ready-made research agents to create shareable documents, reorder profile components, or build custom widgets from a prompt.
Bulk runs in Agent Teams now let you choose between running all rows or only specific ones, instead of always processing the full set. Select "Specific rows" on the Review & Run screen to test a workflow against a handful of records or re-run only the ones you need.
Ten new Agent Teams tools support enrichment, research, email checks, and CRM work. People Data Labs, Bytemine, and Surfe enrich contacts from an email or LinkedIn profile, and People Data Labs also enriches companies. Bytemine accepts personal emails; Surfe can find a LinkedIn URL from a name and company. Allegrow checks inbox availability in real time. SimilarWeb and Semrush estimate website traffic and engagement, while Ocean.io finds look-alike companies. Sumble checks technology use, and WealthEngine returns wealth and giving estimates. Close CRM searches, creates, and updates leads and contacts and enrolls contacts in sequences. Add these tools from the capabilities catalog.
Updated triggers in Agent Teams can now filter on a field changing away from a specific previous value, instead of firing on any change to that field. Set this directly in the filter settings for any Updated trigger, for example to fire only when a deal stage moves away from Negotiation.
A document an agent builds for you in Chat can now hold bar, line, and pie or donut charts beside its text, so asking for a breakdown of revenue and expenses brings the figures back drawn, not only listed. The charts sit in the document on the canvas like the rest of its content, and blur in demo mode along with it.
Attach a file to Chat by pasting it or dragging it onto the message box, on Home or in any chat, the same as using the paperclip.
Clicking a chat in the sidebar's Recent panel now reopens the thread on the page it began on, rather than always landing on the generic chat page. Opening a second Recent chat while an earlier one is still open on the same page works too. On a profile, the Feed, Documents, and the Audience builder, that used to do nothing at all.
On Home, Recap my last meeting and Follow up from a meeting now list your recorded calls from the last 7 days, newest first and grouped by day, so you can pick the one you mean. Prep me for a meeting still lists your upcoming meetings.
Click any line of a recording's transcript and playback jumps to that moment.
ZoomInfo now matches company pages hosted on a shared site, such as a team page under a larger organization's domain or a business profile on a directory or social platform, to the actual business instead of the site that hosts it. This gives teams more accurate company records to work with in their CRM and target account lists.

With the Attio connector in GTM Studio's Enrich panel, Attio data can be brought into your audiences as enrichment attributes alongside ZoomInfo data. Spot in-market accounts by adding real-time buyer intent signals from across the public web to your audiences. The Nyne AI connector sits in GTM Studio's Enrich panel, so those signals can be used to find prospects and prioritize outreach next to your ZoomInfo data. GTM Studio's Enrich panel now includes SixtyFour AI, whose research agents enrich people and company data, resolve identities, find contact information, and surface insights from across the web. Advanced Search's location filter now has a bulk-add option for pasting in a list of postal codes at once. Typing a country name surfaces the country itself at the top of results instead of burying it behind similarly named cities, and pressing Enter after typing one selects it directly.
View Settings and Clone & Edit are now available on eight more column types, including Technologies, Scoops, Intent, WebSights Buyer ID, CRM, Owner assignment, Audience lookup, and Contact changes. Agent Team columns support the same pattern too, so you can see or build on the logic behind a column without touching the original. Columns the backend builds automatically in signal audiences don't offer either action yet.
You can now use @ mentions to reference a company or contact from anywhere in chat, not just the homepage. Typing @ searches companies and contacts and drops one into your message as a chip; in a sent message it becomes a clickable pill that opens the profile in a new tab, in both the main chat and the Home composer.
Chat now shows which data sources are being used to drive responses based on what is currently available to the user.
Chat now lets you answer however's easiest. Click the new microphone button in the composer to dictate your question instead of typing it out, or when Chat stops to ask something like "which of these fits your deal stage?" with a set of options, just type your own answer instead of picking one.
The GTM Context Graph now labels each collection ring with the sources feeding it, and shows which source (ZoomInfo, CRM, or another connected source) contributed each record and how many of its collections that source populated. A record built from a single source keeps this to one line. Press a card to re-center the graph on it, and drag the details column wider to read stored fields, sources, and GTM Insights.
An agent card in the Feed now names the agent team right on its badge, and an info button tells you which agent made it, when, and who set it up, so you're not guessing where an agent recommendation came from.
When someone shares a GTM App they've built with you, you'll now receive an email with a link to the app for easy access.
Your Home calendar now has an External only toggle, on by default, that hides meetings with no outside participants. The same toggle is also available on the Upcoming tab on the Meetings page, so internal meetings are hidden in both places.
Upcoming meeting rows on Home and on the Meetings page's Upcoming tab now carry a Prep action that opens a chat already asking the meeting-prep agent to prepare you for that meeting. Prep only appears on meetings with an outside participant, and replaces the side-panel brief that used to open from these rows.
Meetings you've viewed now show up in Recents, with the latest at the top, so you can get back to a call without searching for it.
Meeting recordings marked no show now have their own status, tab, and filter instead of being grouped in with regular completed recordings, with counts that reconcile against All.
Voice of Customer now lives as a tab in Meetings, next to Recordings and Upcoming, so it's no longer a separate destination. For managers, it pre-selects your team. The report stays on screen while you change its scope, and if a run fails, you can go back to your previous results.
A contact in your default buying group now carries the buying group icon everywhere contacts are listed — Employees, Org Chart, Overview, and the Draft Email picker — on the web profile and in both extension panels, whether or not a Buying Group filter is applied.
The Engaged Contacts table's Meetings, Emails, and Last engagement columns are now clickable headers that sort highest or most recent first, reversing on a second click, everywhere the table appears including the opportunity profile's Buying Group tab.
Public companies now show their stock ticker in Company details, between Year founded and SIC codes, on the web profile and in the Chrome extension. Private companies skip the row.

Inside Superhuman Go, Superhuman's AI assistant for email, web, and calendar, reps can research a prospect while drafting a message and pull in verified firmographic detail and account-level signals like recent funding or headcount growth. That means outreach gets personalized and next steps get taken directly in Superhuman Go, without switching tools.
ZoomInfo Revenue Agent for Salesforce Agentforce is now available as a standalone AppExchange listing, with improved security, admin controls, and seller workflows. Revenue Agent now supports Salesforce External Named Credentials to meet Salesforce security requirements, along with enhanced export governance, improved token handling, expanded company and contact search, smarter Intent search, corporate hierarchy, improved Recommended Contacts, Opportunity record support, refreshed Account Summary experiences, and a new Prompt Library.

ZoomInfo has improved the entity resolution and merging processes that caused some contact records to combine two different people's information into a single profile, and 10 million of the identified records have already been corrected into clean, accurate profiles. For example, a contact whose profile previously showed an inconsistent or unusually long job history will now show only the roles that person actually held, so you can trust the contact details belong to the right person. This gives your team more reliable employment history and contact data on every contact profile, feeding cleaner inputs into downstream capabilities like enrichment and employment change signals. If you still notice a profile that looks off, ZoomInfo Support can submit it for manual correction, at no additional cost or setup required on your end.
Finding and configuring Agent Team triggers is now more precise. Filter templates by exact trigger type instead of broad categories, match multiple values in a single filter condition using OR logic (for example, "smith OR jones OR duff"), and filter form-fill triggers by submission status. All three are available now in trigger configuration and the template browser.
Agent Teams can now kick off directly from a company funding event, with filters for funding type, amount, round date, and investors. Build plays like budget-timing follow-ups the moment a target account raises a new round, available now under the Funding trigger type in Signals.
Agent Teams can now trigger automatically on 13 Scoops signal types, including Product Launches, M&A events, IPOs, Layoffs, Hiring Plans, Pain Points, Partnerships, Awards, and more. Each trigger type fires when ZoomInfo detects a matching scoop for an account in your workflow, with filtering on company attributes like industry, revenue, and employee count, plus the scoop description itself. Enrichment pulls a Company Brief automatically so agents have context on the account when the play starts. Find Scoops triggers in the Signals category when building a new trigger in Agent Teams.
Once your Snowflake account is connected, an agent can see which tables you have access to and what columns are in each one. Ask for a sample of rows or a filtered record count and you get it back without building anything, so you can size up your own data first. When you want to act on it, the agent can turn a table into a new ZoomInfo audience or add Snowflake columns like account tier and renewal date onto an audience you already have. Access depends on a connected Snowflake integration and the tables your admin exposes in the Integrations tab.
You can now scope an Agent Team trigger to fire only for companies in a specific ZoomInfo Audience, so a play acts only on the accounts you actually care about. Add an Audience filter when configuring any trigger and select the audience — for example, restricting website-visit triggers to only your ICP or only existing customers. If you've already built an audience that defines which accounts matter, point your trigger at it instead of rebuilding those filters inside Agent Teams.
Agent Teams can now pause at a defined step and wait for a person to sign off before continuing. Add an Approval step between any two steps, choose the approver, and when a run reaches that point it stops and notifies them in the app. The approver sees a plain-language summary of what happened and what's next, then approves, edits the content being handed off, or rejects with a comment saved to run history. A run auto-rejects if no one responds within 12 hours.
Building an agent now starts from a single catalog of capabilities — one place for what used to be separate lists of skills, integrations, and tools. Add capabilities by quick search or browse by category, and the builder suggests capabilities based on what the step is supposed to do, automatically attaching clear fits and offering the rest as one-click adds. Suggestions only include integrations your org has already connected, and a disconnected tool warns you on run or activation.
The Create and Update steps in Agent Teams now write directly to GTM Studio Audiences and to Salesforce and HubSpot records, with per-field instructions instead of a free-form agent prompt. Pick the destination from your connected integrations, tell each field what it should contain, and the workflow lands the result exactly where you pointed it — a qualified lead list written into a new audience, or an ICP score and rationale written onto the matching Salesforce record. Field names are checked against your CRM's live metadata, so instructions land on real fields rather than guesses, and workflow output no longer stops at a CSV export on its way to the places sellers actually work.
Automatically launch an Agent Team play the moment a tracked contact changes jobs, gets promoted, or moves to a new company. The Employment Change trigger fires on title changes, company moves, and departures, with filters for seniority, C-level status, target company, and more, so only the signals that matter to your pipeline kick off a workflow. For example, detect when a champion at a target account joins a new company, then have an agent research their new role, update the contact record in Salesforce, and alert the account owner in Slack.
Give your Agent Team the full picture before it acts. Previously, running a play against an Audience processed each row as its own separate workflow run, so the agent saw one record at a time with no visibility into the rest of the list. With full Audience input, you can now run a single workflow against the entire Audience at once, giving the agent access to all records simultaneously. This unlocks analysis and synthesis use cases that weren't possible before: prioritize a pipeline segment by fit, rank accounts across a list, or identify patterns across a set of contacts, all in one run.
Describe the Agent Team you want to build in plain language, and ZoomInfo configures it automatically. Type what you're trying to accomplish — for example, "Research accounts that recently showed intent and write personalized outreach in Salesloft" — and the builder creates a complete workflow with the right trigger, steps, and tools already configured. Open it in the canvas to verify and adjust, then activate. To get started, create a new Agent Team and choose Create with AI.
Two new tools have joined the agent capability catalog. Exa gives agents web search that matches meaning instead of exact keywords, useful for account research, structured site details, press and product mentions, and finding look-alike companies from a seed account. GetProspect finds a contact's business email from their name and company, then verifies deliverability before the agent adds them to a sequence.
Agent Teams can now route leads, accounts, and opportunities to the right sellers on their own. Add a Routing step and pick the assignment type — round robin, an ownership column, the record's CRM account owner, or GTM Studio territories — using the same options and wording as Route to Sellers. Assignments stay inside the workflow unless Write to CRM is turned on, and existing owners are never overwritten unless that's turned on too.
A curated set of ZoomInfo-built Agent Teams, labeled Shared and Created by ZoomInfo, now appears directly in your Agent Teams list, ready to run immediately. Previously, running one of these pre-built teams required creating a full copy in your own tenant first, which meant only users with Agent Team creation permissions could get started. Suggestions only include integrations you've already connected, so you won't see options you can't use.
Run Agent Team plays on behalf of specific reps, not as the RevOps user who configured them. With User Delegation, select Run as Others when scheduling or manually triggering a play, then choose one or more teammates or user groups — the workflow executes in each rep's context: email outreach sends from their address, Workspace signals reflect their accounts, and records route based on their role. Configure it at run time or when setting up a scheduled trigger, and every execution behaves as if each rep triggered it themselves.
Account Research now returns a consistent set of five sections on every company you look up — buying committee, important contacts, recent conversations, summary of engagements, and pain points and use cases. The find_similar_companies MCP tool now accepts boolean filter parameters for revenue range, country, industry, and employee range, so AI agents can scope lookalike results to exactly the firmographic profile that matters for a given workflow. A territory expansion agent can now return only mid-market lookalikes in a specific country; a prospecting workflow can restrict results to companies of a similar size in the same industry. Page size is also now configurable. The find_similar_contacts tool is not affected.
ZoomInfo is now available as a native action connector in Amazon Quick, AWS's agentic AI workspace. The July 2026 data update adds new companies automatically as they're verified, tightens the standard for what counts as a verified location, and introduces a new growth signal for spotting momentum. New companies now require confirmation from a verified source before they're added, so recently formed businesses show up sooner in your searches. A "Current" location must now be confirmed within the last 18 months, giving you a cleaner signal for territory and account work. A new Abstracted Growth Rate (AGR) companion table maps each company to a growth bucket — hypergrowth, stable, or shrinking — based on a blend of signals like headcount, revenue, funding, and web activity, surfacing rising accounts even when they aren't hiring. AGR covers Tier A and published Tier B companies and is available upon request through your dedicated DaaS Delivery Consultant. ZoomInfo's database now stands at approximately 122.8M companies.
The ZoomInfo Chrome Extension has been rebuilt from the ground up on modern technology, replacing the legacy extension that caused latency, crashes, and slowdowns. Pages load 2–3× faster, and better page parsing raises match rates so more of the people and companies you view return a verified, complete record. The extension now opens in its own Chrome side panel instead of overlaying the page, matched records show a clear verified indication, and Copilot customers get a new AI-generated "Important to know" section on every profile for quick call prep. The update is already live in your extension — no action needed.
GTM Studio Audiences now include Account Fit Score (AFS) and In-Market Score (IMS) as enrichment columns, giving you a single workspace to sort, filter, and segment accounts by ICP alignment and active buying intent. Both scores are now embedded directly in Audiences alongside all other enrichment attributes — no more reconciling which accounts belong in each tier before activating. Find it in the audience view under Actions, then Activate, for any ad account connected through the ZoomInfo Admin Portal.
Buying-stage scores and conversion likelihood signals from 6sense are now available as enrichment attributes in GTM Studio's Enrich panel. Add them alongside firmographic and contact data from the 6sense Enrichment connector for a more complete picture of where each account stands before you activate. To connect, add the 6sense Lead Scoring connector from the GTM Studio Enrich panel using your 6sense API key.
Email deliverability validation is now available as an enrichment attribute in GTM Studio's Enrich panel. Connect your Listmint account to add an additional layer of email verification to your audiences before activation — including coverage for catch-all domains — and segment on that confidence alongside your other enrichment attributes. To connect, add the Listmint connector from the GTM Studio Enrich panel using your Listmint API key.
Carrier-level phone validation from Twilio is now available as an enrichment signal in GTM Studio's Enrich panel, adding line type and messaging channel availability to your audience attributes. Enrich audiences with channel-specific confidence before activation so you can segment on exactly how to reach a contact, not just whether you have a number. To connect, add the Twilio connector from the GTM Studio Enrich panel using your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token.
Meeting Import, Meeting Sharing, and Custom Summaries have moved from Configurations > Intelligence to a dedicated Integrations > Conversation Intelligence section, so admins manage all conversation intelligence controls from one place instead of hunting across settings menus. The three tools are organized under tabbed navigation within the new section.
