Learn how to review calls, prep for meetings, and find insights in Meetings.
Overview
Meetings is the item in the left navigation panel that brings Chorus conversation intelligence into GTM One. You can play meeting recordings, read transcripts and summaries, prepare for upcoming calls, and see what customers are saying across many calls, all without signing in to a separate application.
The Meetings page has four tabs:
- Upcoming: Your calls for the next seven days, with meeting prep.
- Recordings: Calls that have already happened. Meetings opens on this tab.
- Playlists: Collections of clips that you and your teammates have put together.
- Voice of Customer: An AI summary of themes across your calls, rather than another list of them.
The tab you are on is part of the page address, so a link you copy opens the same tab for the person you send it to.
Open Meetings and Play a Recording
- In the left navigation panel, click Meetings.
- On the Recordings tab, click a meeting in the list to open its preview panel.
- In the preview panel, click Go to meeting.
- Start playback in the video player on the meeting page.
The preview panel shows the meeting's Overview, Participants, Moments, and Transcript tabs, so you can check a call before opening the full meeting page. Go to meeting appears only when the meeting has a finished recording.
Find a Recording
The Recordings list starts on completed recordings from meetings you took part in. You can narrow it in several ways:
- Search by title: Type in the search box beside the tabs to find meetings by name.
- Filters: Filter by date range, account, participants, keywords spoken on the call, and deal stage at the time of the call. You can also select Rep has spoken, Hide internal meetings, and Hide No Shows. Depending on your account setup, you can also filter by Team.
- Recording: Choose All, Ready, Live, Processing, or No show. The list opens on Ready. Changing another filter keeps the status you picked. To go back to Ready, remove the status chip or clear all filters.
On a wide window, the filters sit in a panel on the left. On a narrower window, click Filters beside the tabs to open them. The filters you have applied appear as chips above the list, and you can remove one at a time or clear them all.
When it is available, a count above the list (e.g., 25 recordings) shows how many recordings match your filters. Click Load more at the bottom of the list to see more calls.
Review a Recording
The meeting page combines the recording with everything captured from the call:
- Overview: The meeting summary and Action Items.
- Moments: Key sections of the call identified by AI.
- Transcript: The full transcript of the call.
- Comments: Comments left on the recording.
- Snippets: Clips created from the recording.
- Speakers and Metrics: Beside the video, a breakdown of who spoke and conversation metrics for the call.
Some meetings also show a Trackers tab.
Moments
Moments act as chapters for a call. Click a moment to jump playback to that point, so you do not need to listen to the full recording. Moments are only generated for meetings with external participants, and they can take up to a couple of hours to appear after a meeting ends.
Moments cannot be turned into shareable snippets. To share part of a call, create a snippet separately from the recording.
Meeting Actions
The top of the meeting page includes these actions:
- Draft follow-up email: Drafts a follow-up email based on the call.
- Extract call insights: Suggests updates to the opportunity's CRM fields based on what was said on the call. See Review CRM Updates From a Call below.
- Save to playlist: Adds the recording to a playlist.
- Share: Shares the meeting with Share link or Share to Slack. This appears only when you have permission to share recordings.
- Ask AI: Opens the assistant so you can ask questions about the call.
You can also edit the meeting details and copy a link to the meeting.
Review CRM Updates From a Call
Extract call insights reads a recorded call and suggests values for the opportunity's CRM fields, such as the MEDDIC fields (e.g., Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria), Next Steps, and Notes. Nothing is written to your CRM until you approve it.
- Open a recorded meeting from the Recordings tab.
- At the top of the meeting page, click Extract call insights.
- Wait while GTM One analyzes the conversation. This can take a few minutes, and you can close the window and come back later because the work continues in the background.
- In Review CRM updates, check each suggested value and edit it in its box if needed.
- To see the part of the call a suggestion came from, hover over the information icon in the Call reference column.
- To leave a field unchanged, click the X at the end of its row.
- Click Approve updates to write the remaining values to the opportunity in your CRM.
If a suggestion does not look right, click Regenerate to run the analysis again, or click Cancel to close without changing anything. Approve updates is available only when the meeting is linked to an opportunity.
The Review CRM updates dialog, listing CRM fields with suggested values from the call.
Prepare for Upcoming Meetings
The Upcoming tab lists your calls for the next seven days, grouped by day. The External only switch is on each time you open the tab, so you see customer calls first. Turn it off to see all of your meetings.
Click Prep on an external meeting to open the chat panel with a meeting prep request for that call.
The Upcoming tab needs a connected calendar. If your calendar is not connected, click Connect calendar and choose Google Calendar or Microsoft. The Recordings, Playlists, and Voice of Customer tabs do not need a connected calendar.
Import a Recording
Use Import recording to bring in a call that was not recorded in GTM One.
- At the top of the Meetings page, click Import recording.
- Upload the recording file.
- In the settings that follow, enter a name for the recording, choose an owner, and select whether it is private.
Add Chorus to a Live Call
Use Add to live call to record a call that is happening right now. This button appears only when your account is set up for it.
- At the top of the Meetings page, click Add to live call.
- Paste the meeting room link into Meeting link.
- Click Invite Chorus.
Ask Questions About Your Calls
Click Ask AI at the top of the Meetings page to open the Meetings assistant beside the list. You can ask about your calls in your own words.
Voice of Customer
Click the Voice of Customer tab to see findings across many calls instead of a summary of one. You stay on the Meetings page, so the other tabs are still available.
Voice of Customer groups key findings into themes, such as what customers are exploring, the challenges they raise, and the competitors they mention. Findings can be organized by deal stage, and each one is cited, so you can click through to the moments in the calls that support it. The scope can be a set of accounts, an individual's book of business, or a team or territory.
Recording Sources
Conversation intelligence in Meetings is not limited to Chorus recordings. If your organization uses Gong or Zoom recordings, you receive the same insights.
