Learn how the Activity Feed shows signals and agent output for your accounts.

Overview

The Activity Feed brings together the latest activity for the companies you follow and the output of your agent teams. It works the same way as the Copilot account feed, with the same target accounts, signals, and followed companies, and adds a signal-level view and a view for agent output.

Use the Activity Feed to decide which accounts need attention today, spot buying signals across your book of business, and act on them without leaving the page.

Open the Activity Feed and Switch Views

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Feed.
  2. In the tabs at the top of the left rail, click Following to see updates for the companies you follow.
  3. Next to Group by, click Company to see updates by account, or click Signal to see updates by signal type.
  4. To see output from your agent teams, click Agents in the tabs at the top of the left rail.

The feed remembers the view you last used and opens on it the next time you visit.

The Three Feed Views

Company View

The Company view is the default view of the Following tab. It is the equivalent of the Copilot account feed: each card represents one company you follow and shows its recent signals, grouped into sections you can expand (e.g., signals from the last 90 days).

Each company card can also show:

  • The company's Account Fit Score
  • Whether the company is a current customer
  • Whether the company has an open opportunity
  • The CRM the company is tied to, or that it is not in your CRM

Click a company name on a card to open its profile in a side panel.

In the left rail, Following shows all the companies you follow. Suggested shows companies that are not yet followed but may be worth a look.

When a company card includes a form fill signal, expand the signal to see the people who submitted the form. Each person is listed with their job title. Click a name to open that contact's profile. When more people submitted the form than the list shows, the last line reads "+N more" (N is the number of people not shown).

Signal View

The Signal view shows the same data as the Company view, pivoted to the signal level. Instead of a list of accounts, you see groupings of signals (e.g., the accounts with a buying intent spike, or recent website visitors). This view suits users who act on one type of signal across their whole book of business rather than working account by account, including inside sales teams.

Signal types include:

  • Competitive research
  • Buying intent spikes
  • Earnings
  • C-suite additions and departures
  • Form fills
  • Website visitors
  • Review site activity

In the left rail, click Latest, Bookmarked, or Archived to switch between current, saved, and archived signals.

Agents View

The Agents view shows the output of agent teams as custom feed items. When an agent team is set up, an administrator can choose to deliver its output to the feed. This is how content that does not fit the standard signals reaches you (e.g., a daily competitive analysis, a customer escalation report, or a sales to customer success handoff summary).

In the left rail, click Latest, Bookmarked, or Archived to switch between current, saved, and archived agent output. The Agents list below the folders names every agent team that has updates in any folder, and you can select an agent team's checkbox to see only its updates. To see which agent team produced an update, click Show agent details on its card.

How Followed Companies Drive the Following Tab

The Following tab is built from the companies you follow. If you do not follow any companies yet, the Company and Signal views have nothing to show. To add or remove companies, click Manage followed companies in the left rail. For all the ways to follow a company, see How to Follow a Company in GTM One.

Following a company adds it to your target accounts. Updates for newly followed companies are processed overnight, so they may not appear in the feed right away. To add a company to a list immediately instead, use Add to Audience.

Actions You Can Take from the Feed

Cards in the feed include actions so you can act on an account or a signal directly:

  • Find buyers opens the company profile on its contacts, so you can find the right people to reach.
  • Clicking the company name opens the profile in a side panel.
  • The signal sections on each card let you review the company's signals, including those from the last 90 days.
  • The Account Fit Score on each card shows how well the company fits your ideal customer profile.
  • The open opportunity label shows when the company has an open opportunity in your CRM.
  • Dismiss removes a card from your feed, with the option to give a reason.
  • Run agent lists pre-built agents you can run on the account (e.g., a multi-threading plan or deal insights).
  • Ask AI opens a chat about the company.
  • AI email generation is available directly from a signal, so you can draft outreach based on what just happened at the account.
  • Export sends the company to your CRM.
  • Add to Audience adds the company to an existing audience or a new one.

Filter the Feed

In the Following tab, the Filters section in the left rail includes Signal filters, CRM status, and Contact filters. Filters you apply in the Company view also apply in the Signal view.

Feed filtering supports three custom CRM fields.
