Overview
The agent teams list has a filters panel that narrows the list by where a team comes from, who created or last ran it, when it was created or last run, its tags and its trigger. Choices you make in the panel apply to the list only when you apply them. If you close the panel without applying, your unapplied choices are discarded the next time you open it.
The panel offers these filters, in this order:
- Source: Show All agent teams you can reach, only those from My Organization, or only those from ZoomInfo. The list opens on My Organization.
- Created by: One or more users who created agent teams. You can search the user list, and a user without a name appears as "No name".
- Created date: When the agent team was created.
- Last run by: One or more users who last ran agent teams. You can search the user list.
- Last run date: When the agent team was last run.
- Tags: One or more tags. You can search the tag list.
- Trigger: One or more trigger types. You can search the trigger list.
Both date filters offer the same options: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days and Custom Range.
Filter the agent teams list
- In the left navigation panel, click Agent Teams.
- Click Filters in the header above the list. The filters panel opens below the button.
- Select the values you want for each filter you need (e.g., pick one or more users under Created by, or one or more tags under Tags).
- For a date filter, open it and select Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Custom Range.
- If you selected Custom Range, choose a start date in the From date picker and an end date in the To date picker that appear below the filter.
- Click Apply in the bottom-right corner of the panel. The panel closes and the list is filtered.
The footer of the panel shows how many filters are selected, and the Filters button shows how many filters are applied. The Source filter counts toward these numbers only when it is set to ZoomInfo, because My Organization is the default and All does not narrow the list.
Apply stays unavailable while a custom range is only partly filled in. Choose both a start date and an end date to turn it on. The end date cannot be earlier than the start date. Once both dates are set, the date filter shows the range you picked in place of Custom Range.
Clear all filters
- Click Filters in the header above the agent teams list.
- Click Clear all in the panel footer, to the left of Apply.
Clearing removes every selected filter, returns the Source filter to My Organization if it was set to ZoomInfo, and updates the list right away. Clear all is unavailable when no filters are selected.
