Learn how to download the results of an agent team batch run.

Overview

A batch run sends many inputs through an agent team at once. The inputs can come from manual entry, an uploaded CSV file or an audience. Each batch run records who initiated it and when, its run ID, its source input, its run status and its inputs. You can export the results of a batch run from the batch run detail.

The export is a CSV file. It is not downloaded straight away. GTM One generates it and emails you a download link when it is ready.

This article covers the batch run export in agent teams.

Before you start

Export is not available for every batch. The export control is unavailable while a batch is still pending, when a batch has failed, or when no batch run is open. In each case, hovering over the control shows a tooltip that explains why.

Export batch run results

  1. Open the agent team and go to its batch runs list.
  2. Find the batch you want to export and check its run status. If the list is long, use the filters to narrow it by who ran it, the run date, the run status or the source input.
  3. Open the batch to see its detail.
  4. Click the Export CSV button in the batch run detail. It exports the whole batch run. If it is unavailable, point to it and read the tooltip to see why.
  5. Wait for the "Export started" message, then check your email for the download link.

Reading the output columns

The batch results show each agent team step in its own output column, named after the step's position.

  • A top-level step appears as Output: Step followed by its number (e.g., Output: Step 2).
  • A step inside a loop includes the loop step and its own position (e.g., Output: Step 1.2).
  • A step on a condition path includes the condition number (e.g., Output: Step 1/Condition 2/Step 1).
  • A routing step appears as Output: Step followed by its number and Conditional routing, and shows the path that was taken.
  • A step on a condition path that was not taken is marked as not run.
  • A step inside a loop runs once per loop item, and its column shows the output of the first loop item.
  • An uploaded CSV file appears as the CSV file input, showing only the file name.

If you see an error

  • "Export is not available for failed batch runs" The batch failed, so there is nothing to export. Run the batch again, then export the new results.
  • "Export will be available once the batch run completes" The batch is still running. Wait for it to finish, then export.
  • "No batch run selected" Open a batch run first, then export.
  • "Export failed" with "Something went wrong while requesting the export. Please try again." The export request did not go through. Click Export CSV again, and contact ZoomInfo support if it keeps failing.
