Learn how to change the name and tags of an agent team.

Overview

An agent team has a name and a set of tags alongside its steps. You can change both from the agent team's page or from its editor. A new name and new tags are saved as soon as you make the change, without saving the agent team's steps.

Rename an agent team

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Agent Teams, then open the agent team you want to rename.
  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the three-dot menu.
  3. Click Rename.
  4. In the "Rename agent team" dialog, enter the new name.
  5. Click Rename. A confirmation shows that the agent team was renamed.

You can also click the agent team's name at the top of the page, type the new name and press Enter. The name cannot be blank. If you clear it, GTM One shows "Agent Team name cannot be blank" and keeps the previous name.

Add or remove tags

  1. Open the agent team you want to tag.
  2. Next to the agent team's name at the top of the page, click Add tags (a pencil icon when the team already has tags).
  3. Select existing tags from the list, or type a new tag and add it.
  4. Clear the checkbox of any tag you want to remove.
  5. Wait for the Tags updated confirmation. The change is saved automatically.

Who can make these changes

  • Renaming and tagging require permission to change the agent team. When you do not have it, the controls are unavailable and show "You do not have permission to take this action".
  • An agent team shared with your organization by another organization can be run, but only the owning organization can rename or tag it.
  • If an agent team opens as read-only in the editor, its tags are shown but cannot be changed.
