Overview
The Recent section at the bottom of the left navigation panel lists the last things you opened in GTM One, newest first. It mixes several kinds of item in one list: audiences, apps, chats, documents, meetings, agent teams, and company and contact profiles. Each row opens the item directly, so you do not have to search for it again.
The section shows up to 10 rows. It is only there when you have recent items and the left navigation panel is expanded. When the panel is collapsed to icons, the section is hidden, because the rows are names rather than icons.
Open a Recent Item
- Expand the left navigation panel if it shows only icons.
- Scroll to the Recent section at the bottom of the panel.
- Click the name of the item you want to reopen.
Each kind of item opens where you would expect:
- An audience opens in the audience builder.
- An app opens its viewer when it is published, or its editor when it is still a draft.
- A chat opens on the page where it started when GTM One knows that page, and as a plain chat thread otherwise.
- A document opens in Documents.
- A meeting opens its recording page.
- An agent team opens in Agent Teams.
- A company or contact profile opens its profile page.
Hide or Show the Recent Section
- In the left navigation panel, click the Recent heading.
Clicking the heading collapses the list. Click it again to show the rows. GTM One remembers your choice on this device.
What Counts as Recent
An item joins the list when you open it, and opening it again moves it back to the top. Switching tabs on a profile you already have open does not add anything new. The list is built from several places at once. If one kind of item cannot be loaded for a moment, the other kinds still appear, and the section catches up the next time you move to another page. If nothing can be loaded, the section is hidden instead of showing an empty list.
