Learn what carries over to GTM One and where familiar features now live.

Overview

GTM One brings Copilot, SalesOS (including Advanced Search), GoToMarket Workspace, Chorus, and GoToMarket Studio into one workspace. These products run on the same backend they ran on before. The front end was rebuilt so everything lives in one place.

The questions below cover what carries over when your team moves to GTM One, what changes, and where to go for questions that are not answered here.

How Do I Open GTM One?

GTM One uses single sign-on. If you see a message that access is not yet open, contact your ZoomInfo admin.

  1. Open the ZoomInfo application selector and choose GTM One, or go to your GTM One web address in your browser.
  2. Sign in with your company's single sign-on credentials.
  3. In the left navigation panel, click Home.

For a walkthrough of Home and your first tasks, see Getting Started with GTM One.

What Carries Over Without Migration Work?

Because GTM One runs on the same backend as the products it replaces, the following carry over with no migration work:

  • Target accounts: The same target accounts you have in Copilot appear in the GTM One Feed.
  • CRM connection: GTM One uses the same CRM connection as Copilot.
  • Integrations: Any integration already connected in Copilot carries over.
  • Signals: Signals come from the same signal pipeline as before.
  • Lists and saved searches: Your lists and saved searches are available in Advanced Search, as before.
  • Permissions: Permissions carry over from Copilot and GoToMarket Studio. Admins continue to manage roles and access in the ZoomInfo Admin Portal.

What Do We Lose by Moving Users to GTM One?

Nothing. Profiles and the Feed are the same as before and run on the same backend. GTM One adds new capabilities on top of them (e.g., agents on profiles and the option to add records to an audience).

Where Did Chorus Go?

There is no separate Chorus item in the navigation. Meeting recordings, transcripts, and conversation insights are under Meetings in the left navigation panel. Chorus capabilities also appear where they are useful across the product, such as engagement summaries on profiles and deal insights on opportunities. These insights are also available for recordings from Gong or Zoom.

Where Did Workspace Views Go?

GoToMarket Workspace views and GoToMarket Studio audiences are now one product called Audiences. Audiences is the single place to build lists in GTM One. To open it, click Audiences in the left navigation panel.

Where Did Intent Go?

Intent is no longer a separate tab. It is a filter in Advanced Search, and intent topics can be returned as columns so you can see which topics an account is spiking on.

To find the Intent filter:

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Advanced Search.
  2. In the Filters panel on the left, click Show All Filters.
  3. Click Intent.
