Use this article when a message appears in GTM One and you want to know what it means and what to do. Messages are grouped by the area of the product where they appear.

  1. Find the exact message in this article. Use your browser's find tool, or look under the heading for the area you were working in.
  2. Follow the steps listed for that message.
  3. If the steps do not resolve it, contact your admin. If your admin cannot resolve it, contact ZoomInfo support and quote the message exactly.

Sign-in and access

  • "Access Not Allowed — You don't have permission to access this application." and "You do not have access to GTMOne": your workspace is not enabled for GTM One yet. Contact your admin to ask for access. See Troubleshooting Access to GTM One.
  • "Your session has expired": your sign-in expired. Sign in again. If it keeps happening, close other ZoomInfo tabs and apps, then sign in again.
  • "Authentication failed. Please log in again." and "Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action.": your sign-in is no longer valid, or your account does not have access to what you tried to open. Sign in again. If the second message remains, ask your admin for access.
  • "Your session has expired. Please refresh and try again.": your sign-in ran out while you were changing a profile layout. Refresh the page, sign in if asked, and make the change again.
  • "Something went wrong" and "Please try again later.": the page could not load. Refresh the page. If it appears again, contact ZoomInfo support.
  • "Search temporarily unavailable. Please try again.": the search box could not reach any of its sources. Try the search again in a moment.

Audiences

  • "There are more than 200,000 records, please refine your filters": the audience you are building or saving would hold more records than an audience allows. Narrow your search or filters until the results fall under 200,000, then try again.
  • "Sheet creation limit reached. Max allowed: N", "Folder creation limit reached. Max allowed: N" and "creation limit reached": your organization has reached the number of audiences or folders its plan allows. N is that number. Archive audiences you no longer need, or contact your admin. See Troubleshooting Audiences in GTM One.
  • "Workbook exceeds column limit. Max allowed: N, got: M" and "Workbook exceeds AI column limit. Max allowed: N, got: M": the audience has more columns than your plan allows. N is the allowed number and M is the number the audience has. Remove columns you do not use, then try again.
  • "Column enrichment failed": the enrichment for a column did not finish, so the panel stays open. Wait a few minutes and run the enrichment again.
  • "Failed to delete column:": the column could not be deleted, for example because it cannot be removed or another enrichment column reads from it. The rest of the message says why. Remove the columns that depend on it first, then delete it again.
  • "You do not have permission to edit this audience. It may be shared as read-only.": you have view-only access. Ask the audience owner for edit access.
  • "This audience cannot be shared", "Not available for shared audiences" and "Not available in view-only mode": sharing and some actions are limited to the audience owner. Ask the owner to make the change. See How to Share an Audience in GTM One.
  • "Enrichment in progress": the audience is still being enriched, so the action is not available yet. Wait for enrichment to finish, then try again.
  • "No records in this view" and "View failed to load": the view has no records to show, or it could not load. Refresh the page. If the view stays empty, check its filters.
  • "Failed to create automation" and "Failed to update automation": the automated refresh for an audience could not be saved. The message is the same whatever the reason. Try saving the automation again in a moment. See How to Automate an Audience Refresh in GTM One.
  • "Failed to rename automation": the automation could not be renamed, for example because the name is already used, is too long, or you do not have edit access to a shared audience. Try a different name, or ask the audience owner for edit access.
  • "Unable to navigate to workbook": the automation's row has no audience to open. Refresh the page and try again.

Credits

  • "You're out of AI credits!", "Not enough AI credits" and "Run not started: your account has N AI credits left.": AI actions, such as AI columns or an agent team run, need more AI credits than your account has. N is the number you have left. Ask your admin for more AI credits. See Overview of Credits in GTM One.
  • "You currently do not have enough credits.": the export needs more credits than your account has. Check your remaining credits, shorten the list, or ask your admin to add or distribute credits.
  • "contact your administrator to replenish your Bulk Export package": the list is larger than what your Bulk Export package has left. Shorten the list, or ask your admin to replenish the package.
  • "Your current monthly credit balance is zero and will be replenished next month.": you have used your monthly credits. Wait for the monthly reset, use Bulk Export credits if your account has them, or ask your admin for more.
  • "Not enough credits to launch" and "Not enough credits to resume this campaign": your marketing credits are below the campaign budget. Lower the campaign budget, then launch or resume it again, or ask your admin for more credits.

Exports

  • "Please select up to 25 records at a time to export", "Please limit your exports to 25 records." and "Bulk email supports a maximum of 25 contacts at a time.": email export, the side panel export and bulk email each handle 25 records at a time. Select 25 or fewer records and try again. See How to Export Advanced Search Results in GTM One.
  • "Export failed. Please try again.", "Failed to queue bulk export" and "We could not restart your export.": the export did not start or did not finish. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • "Failed to download file. The link may have expired." and "Error details: We couldn't export your companies to csv due to an error. Please try again in a few minutes": the download link is no longer valid, or the file could not be created. Start the download soon after the export completes. If the file could not be created, export again in a few minutes.
  • "Failed to reveal contact details, please try again": the contact details could not be revealed. Try again.
  • "ZoomInfo is currently unable to verify this contact's employment at this company": ZoomInfo cannot confirm where this contact works right now. Try again later.

CRM and integrations

  • "You can only export up to N Contacts at a time to Salesforce": each CRM caps how many records one export can send, and N is the cap for that CRM. Export in smaller batches. See How to Export Records to Your CRM in GTM One.
  • "Please connect your Salesforce account" and "Reconnect to HubSpot to continue your Gong export.": the CRM is not connected, or its connection expired. Reconnect it under Settings, then Integrations, and run the export again. See How to Connect Your CRM to GTM One and Troubleshooting CRM Connection Issues in GTM One.
  • "A pop-up blocker may be preventing you from connecting your {Integration}.": your browser blocked the window used to connect the integration. {Integration} is the name of the integration. Allow pop-ups for ZoomInfo in your browser, then connect again.
  • "1 record failed to export to Salesforce: INVALID_FIELD: Account Name is required": the CRM rejected a record because a field it requires was empty. The number and field name change with the record. Map the required field in your CRM export settings, or ask your admin to, then export again.
  • "Failed to load mapping configuration:": the field mapping for your CRM export could not be built. The rest of the message says why. Connect or reconnect your CRM under Settings, then Integrations, or try again in a minute.
  • "Cannot save: Required fields not mapped:": a field your CRM requires has no column matched to it in the export mapping, so nothing was saved. The rest of the message names the fields. Match a column to every required field, then save again.
  • "A ZoomInfo record sharing a similar email or ID was generated within the last hour": this record was exported recently, so it is not sent again within the hour. No action is needed. Try again later if you still need it.
  • "Failed to check Google Calendar authorization" and "Calendar connection failed": your calendar is not connected. Connect your calendar under Settings, then try again.
  • "Slack connection was cancelled.", "Failed to fetch Slack channels" and "Failed to post message to Slack": Slack is not connected for your organization, or the connection was removed. Ask your admin to reconnect Slack.

Agent teams and apps

  • "Failed to send v0 message: reconnect attempts exhausted" and "This refresh is taking longer than expected.": the app is still being built or refreshed and the connection was lost. Check back shortly. If it does not finish, try again later.
  • "Status may be out of date": the queue could not refresh the latest status. Refresh the queue.
  • "Failed to generate a description. Please try again.": the app description could not be written. Try again in a moment.
  • "You don't have access to this app's build conversation.": only people with access to the conversation that built the app can generate its description. Ask the app owner for access.
  • "There is no build conversation to summarize for this app yet.": the app has no build conversation to write a description from. Build the app in a conversation first, then generate the description.
  • "Couldn't make your copy. Duplicate the app again to retry.": setting up your copy of an app did not finish. Duplicate the app again. See How to duplicate an app in GTM One.
  • "Making your copy took too long. Duplicate the app again to retry.": setting up your copy took longer than expected. Duplicate the app again.
  • "Couldn't check on your copy. If it finishes, it shows up in your apps.": GTM One lost track of the copy while it was being made. Check your apps in a few minutes before you duplicate again.
  • "You don't have access to that Audience anymore.": you lost access to the audience you chose for the copy while it was being set up. Duplicate the app again and choose an audience you can open, or ask its owner to share it with you.
  • "That Audience doesn't have every column this app reads.": the audience you chose for the copy is missing a column the app uses. Duplicate the app again and choose one of your audiences, so GTM One can adjust the app for you.

Profile layouts

  • "Only admins can change a layout's visibility.", "delete organization layouts." and "You need admin permissions to assign layouts.": these layout actions are limited to admins. Ask an admin to make the change.

Marketing

  • "You don't have access to this campaign", "is temporarily unavailable", "Loading this campaign is taking too long" and "The request was declined as sent": the campaign page could not open. Follow the instructions on the screen. If the page was slow, refresh it. If you do not have access, ask your admin.
  • "This Audience has not been exported to an ad channel yet": the audience has to be exported to an ad channel before you launch a campaign with it. Export it from GTM Studio, then launch.
  • "This campaign was created in ZI Marketing, so it cannot be attached" and "Managed in LinkedIn": this campaign is read-only here. Manage it where it was created.
  • "This ad was rejected during creative review and was not saved." and "This file was flagged by our virus scanner.": the ad or the file did not pass review. Upload a different file.

  • "Failed to create folder. Please try again.": the folder could not be created, or the document could not be moved into it. Try again in a moment.
  • "Failed to move item. Please try again.": the item could not be moved into the folder you chose. Try moving it again in a moment.
  • "Failed to delete folder. Please try again.": the folder could not be deleted, so it stays in the gallery. Try deleting it again in a moment.
  • "Failed to remove item from folder. Please try again.": the item could not be taken out of its folder, so it stays where it was. Try removing it again in a moment.
  • "Failed to delete document. Please try again.": the document could not be deleted, so it stays in the list. Try deleting it again in a moment. See Overview of Documents in GTM One.
  • "Failed to restore document. Please try again.": the document could not be restored from your deleted items, so it stays deleted. Try restoring it again in a moment.
  • "Failed to print file. The link may have expired.": the document could not be prepared for printing, for example because the page was open for a long time. Close the document, open it again and try printing again.

Meetings

  • "Your browser does not support voice recording. Please use a recent version of Chrome or Firefox to enroll.", "Chorus Cannot Access Your Microphone", "Chorus was unable to access your microphone. Please make sure to click", "in the pop-up window.", "Chorus is blocked from accessing your microphone by mistake. Please update in your browser settings." and "Microphone access denied. Allow microphone access in Chrome and try again.": voice enrollment needs microphone access and a supported browser. Switch to a recent version of Chrome or Firefox, allow microphone access when your browser asks, or change the microphone setting in your browser, then enroll again.
  • "Failed to upload recording": the recording did not upload, so the window stays open and its progress starts over. Try the upload again, or use another file.
  • "CRM updates failed. Please contact support.": approving the meeting's CRM field updates did not go through. Try approving again. If it fails again, contact ZoomInfo support.
  • "This recording is no longer available" and "The link may have expired or been removed. Ask the person who shared it for a new one.": the shared recording link has expired or was removed. Ask the person who shared it to send you a new link.
