Overview

GTM One is ZoomInfo's unified workspace. It brings several ZoomInfo products, including GoToMarket Studio (GTM Studio) and GoToMarket Workspace (GTM Workspace), into one place. The questions below explain where the features you know from GTM Studio and GTM Workspace now live in GTM One.

What Is GTM One?

GTM One is the next generation ZoomInfo product. It brings ZoomInfo's most used applications into a single workspace:

  • Copilot
  • SalesOS, including Advanced Search
  • GoToMarket Workspace
  • Chorus
  • GoToMarket Studio

These products run on the same backend they ran on before. The front end was rebuilt so that everything lives in one place and runs on the same shared data.

How Do I Open GTM One?

GTM One uses single sign-on. If you see a message that access is not yet open, contact your ZoomInfo admin.

  1. Open the ZoomInfo application selector and choose GTM One, or go to your GTM One web address in your browser.
  2. Sign in with your company's single sign-on credentials.
  3. In the left navigation panel, click Home.

How Does GTM One Relate to GTM Studio?

Two parts of GTM Studio came into GTM One:

  • Audiences: Studio audiences are now part of Audiences, the single place to build lists in GTM One.
  • Agent Teams: Agent Teams came over from GTM Studio with the same functionality. Everything that existed in Studio is present in GTM One.

Where Are My Studio Audiences?

Open them from the left navigation panel.

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Audiences.

Where Is Agent Teams?

Agent Teams has its own item in the left navigation panel. It appears only when Agent Teams is available on your account.

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Agent Teams.

Your permissions carry over from GTM Studio. Admins can create, run, and edit agent teams, and other users can view them. A user with view-only access in Studio has view-only access in GTM One.

What Is New for Agent Teams in GTM One?

An agent team can be set up to deliver its output to the GTM One Feed, so you do not need to switch to a separate application to see results. Agent output appears on the Agents tab of the Feed.

How Does GTM One Relate to GTM Workspace?

Four parts of GTM Workspace came into GTM One:

  • Workspace views: Workspace views are now part of Audiences. GTM Workspace views and GTM Studio audiences were two separate spreadsheet-style products, and they are now one product.
  • Chats: Your conversations are available under Chats in the left navigation panel.
  • Documents: AI-generated content is available under Documents in the left navigation panel.
  • Signal feed view: The signal-based view of the Feed shows signals grouped by type rather than by account, so you can act on one signal type across all your accounts.

Where Is the Signal Feed View?

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Feed.
  2. Click the Following tab.
  3. Next to Group by, click Signal.

To return to the account view, click Company next to Group by.

Where Are My Chats and Documents?

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Chats to see your past conversations, or click Documents to see your AI-generated documents.

Do I Need to Move Anything Myself?

GTM One runs on the same backend as GTM Studio and GTM Workspace, so the features described here work the same way underneath. For details on what carries over and how your company moves to GTM One, see the GTM One Migration FAQ. For questions about your company's move, contact your ZoomInfo admin or account team.
