Overview
GTM One is the next generation ZoomInfo product. It brings ZoomInfo's most used applications into a single workspace:
- Copilot
- SalesOS, including Advanced Search
- GoToMarket Workspace
- Chorus
- GoToMarket Studio
These products run on the same backend they did before. What changed is the front end, which was rebuilt so that everything lives in one place and runs on a shared data layer called the context graph. The context graph combines ZoomInfo data with the systems your company connects, such as your CRM, calendars and inboxes, and conversation recordings.
Because every area uses the same data layer, a question asked in chat, on a profile, or in an audience draws on the same information. ZoomInfo data is already available, so you do not need to import it before you start working.
How to Open GTM One
GTM One uses single sign-on. If your account has not been given access yet, you see a message that access is not open. In that case, contact your ZoomInfo admin.
- In your browser, go to gtm.zoominfo.com, or open the ZoomInfo application selector and choose GTM One.
- Sign in with your company's single sign-on credentials.
- In the left navigation panel, click Home to start from the home screen.
Tour of the Main Areas
Each area below is available from the left navigation panel. You can customize your own navigation, so the order of items on your screen may differ from the order described here.
Home and Chats
Home is the starting point. It combines an ask box for chat, your calendar and upcoming meetings, and apps that have been shared with you. Chat on Home has access to the whole context graph rather than a single account, so you can ask questions that span many accounts (e.g., which accounts recently mentioned a competitor), find contacts at a company, generate documents such as an account plan, or build an audience conversationally.
Click Chats in the left navigation panel to see your past conversations and pick one back up.
Feed
The Feed brings signals about your accounts into one place. It has two tabs:
- Following: The account feed carried over from Copilot, with the same target accounts, signals, and filters. You can group it by company or by signal to act on one signal type across your book of business.
- Agents: Output from agent teams that are set up to deliver results to the Feed.
From the Feed you can drill into a profile, find buyers, and add a record to an audience.
Advanced Search
Advanced Search is the same search tool from SalesOS with a visual refresh. Filters, columns, export, lists, and saved searches work as before. You can add selected companies or contacts to an existing audience or to a new one. WebSights, which shows companies visiting your website, has its own item in the left navigation panel.
Marketing, Email, and Data Quality
Some items appear in the left navigation panel only when they are available on your account:
- Marketing: Ad campaigns and their results. See Get Started with Marketing.
- Email: The AI Emailer, for sending and tracking sales emails. It needs the emailer entitlement. See Overview of the AI Emailer in GTM One.
- Data Quality: Tools to keep your CRM data clean.
Audiences
Audiences is the list-building area. An audience works like a spreadsheet, where each column answers a question about the records in it. You can build an audience from ZoomInfo data or from your own data (e.g., CRM, file upload, or a data warehouse), then enrich it with additional columns, refresh it on a schedule, and export it to destinations such as your CRM. A new audience is private to you until you share it.
Profiles
Company, contact, and opportunity profiles bring together ZoomInfo data, CRM data, signals, engagements, and documents for a record. Agents such as meeting prep and deal insights are available directly on the profile, and Ask AI stays at the top of every layout. The opportunity profile is new in GTM One and shows CRM opportunity details, the buying group, engagements, and signals. You open a profile from search results, the Feed, an audience, or chat.
Meetings
Meetings is where Chorus conversation intelligence lives. It has four tabs:
- Upcoming: Your upcoming meetings, with meeting prep available.
- Recordings: Meeting recordings you can play inside GTM One, with transcripts, summaries, action items, and moments that jump to key points in the call.
- Playlists: Collections of recordings.
- Voice of Customer: Findings synthesized across many calls, grouped into themes such as challenges raised and competitors mentioned.
Documents
Documents holds AI-generated content, such as meeting prep briefs and deal insights. New documents can start from templates, and each document is tagged to the account, contact, or opportunity it relates to. You can also upload files to use as a starting point or as context.
Agent Teams
Agent Teams came over from GoToMarket Studio with the same functionality. Admins can create, run, and edit agent teams, and other users can view them. An agent team can deliver its output to the Agents tab of the Feed. Agent Teams appears in the left navigation panel only when it is available on your account.
Apps
Apps are custom applications built by describing what you want in chat. Each app is built on top of an audience, which acts as its data source. Apps can be shared with other users and pinned to the navigation, and apps shared with you also appear on Home. Apps are internal to your company and cannot be published to the internet.
What Changed From the Previous Products
Three capabilities are now packaged differently than they were in the separate products.
Workspace Views and Studio Audiences Are Now Audiences
GoToMarket Workspace views and GoToMarket Studio audiences were two separate spreadsheet-style products. They are now one product called Audiences, which is the single place to build lists in GTM One.
Chorus Appears Under Meetings and Across the Product
There is no separate Chorus item in the navigation. Meeting recordings and conversation insights are under Meetings, and Chorus capabilities also appear where they are useful, such as engagement summaries on profiles, deal insights on opportunities, and conversation data available to chat and audiences. These insights are also available for recordings from Gong or Zoom.
Intent Is a Filter in Advanced Search
Intent is no longer a separate tab. In Advanced Search, intent is available as a filter and a quick filter, and intent topics can be returned as columns so you can see which topics an account is spiking on.
Permissions
Your permissions carry over from Copilot and GoToMarket Studio. Admins continue to manage roles and access in the ZoomInfo Admin Portal. For questions about access or moving your team to GTM One, contact your ZoomInfo admin or account team.
