FAQ: Will My GTM Studio or GTM Workspace Access Change When GTM One Launches?
Learn how your GTM Studio and GTM Workspace access carries over to GTM One.
Learn how your GTM Studio and GTM Workspace access carries over to GTM One.
Overview
GTM One brings ZoomInfo products, including GoToMarket Studio (GTM Studio) and GoToMarket Workspace (GTM Workspace), into one workspace. GTM One runs on the same backend as these products, so the permissions you have today come with you. The questions below cover what stays the same, what works differently, and where to go with questions about your company's move.
Do My Permissions Carry Over to GTM One?
Yes. Permissions carry over from Copilot and GTM Studio. Whatever access you had in those products is the access you have in GTM One. Admins continue to make all permission changes in the ZoomInfo Admin Portal.
What Access Do I Have to Agent Teams?
Agent Teams permissions work the same way they did in GTM Studio:
- Admins: Can create, run, and edit agent teams.
- Other users: Can view agent teams.
A user with view-only access in GTM Studio has view-only access in GTM One. If you need different access, contact your ZoomInfo admin.
Which Audiences Can I See?
GTM Studio audiences and GTM Workspace views are now one product called Audiences. In GTM One, audiences belong to the user who creates them:
- A new audience is private to the person who created it.
- The owner can share it with specific people or with everyone in the organization, as a viewer or an editor.
- You see only the audiences you own or that have been shared with you.
This is a change from before, when all audiences in a company were visible to everyone. If you expect to see an audience that is missing, ask its owner to share it with you.
Will I Still Have Access to GTM Studio and GTM Workspace?
For questions about whether your current products stay available alongside GTM One during your company's move, contact your ZoomInfo account team.

- Sign in with your company's single sign-on credentials, if prompted.
