Learn how to fix CRM data delays and missing CRM export options in GTM One.

Overview

GTM One uses the same CRM connection as Copilot, and any integration already connected in Copilot carries over without extra setup. The Integrations page in Settings lists your integrations, and those your admin set up for your team appear under Managed by your admin. Your ZoomInfo admin sets up and repairs the CRM connection. Find the symptom below that matches what you see.

CRM Data Has Not Updated Yet

Symptom

A recent change in your CRM (e.g., a new target account or an updated field) doesn't appear yet in the feed, on a profile, or in an audience.

Cause

CRM data in GTM One isn't updated in real time:

  • Target accounts come from your CRM definition plus any uploaded CSV files, and the CRM resyncs once a day.
  • When you follow a company, it's processed overnight, when the account is scored and its Account Fit Score is calculated.

Resolution

  1. Wait for the next daily CRM resync, then open the record again.
  2. If you followed a company, check the feed again the next day, after the overnight run.
  3. If the data still hasn't updated after a full day, contact your ZoomInfo admin and share the record name and the change you expected to see.

For data in an audience, see How to Automate an Audience Refresh in GTM One. For how following works, see How to Follow a Company in GTM One.

No CRM Available for Export

Symptom

When you open the export menu, you see a message instead of a list of CRM destinations. The message is one of these:

  • "Connect a CRM to export," with the note "Sync Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. to export records to your CRM."
  • "Your admin has not enabled export for this record type."

Cause

"Connect a CRM to export" means no CRM is available to you as an export destination. "Your admin has not enabled export for this record type." means a CRM is connected, but your admin has turned off export for that type of record.

Resolution for "Connect a CRM to export"

  1. Click Connect CRM in the export menu to open the GTM Studio integrations page in a new browser tab.
  2. If you can't connect the CRM from that page, ask your ZoomInfo admin to connect it or repair the existing connection.

Resolution for "Your admin has not enabled export for this record type."

  1. Contact your ZoomInfo admin and ask them to enable export for the record type you're exporting (e.g., contacts).

After the CRM is connected, see How to Export Records to Your CRM in GTM One.

Escalation

If your ZoomInfo admin can't resolve the problem, contact ZoomInfo support. To help them look into it faster, include:

  • The exact message you see, or a screenshot of it
  • The CRM you use (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • The record or page where the problem happens
  • The date and time the problem happened
