How to Connect Email and Calendar for Your Team as an Admin
Learn where team-wide Google and Microsoft 365 email and calendar connections appear and how an admin removes one.

Overview
When your organization has a team-wide email or calendar connection, its card appears on the Integrations page under Managed by your admin, with the note "Set up for your team by your admin." There are four of these connections: Google email, Google calendar, Microsoft 365 email and Microsoft 365 calendar.
These cards never appear under Your integrations, so people on your team cannot connect them themselves. A user who has the email and calendar user-account permission can still connect their own Google or Microsoft account from Your integrations. When a team-wide connection exists for Google or Microsoft 365 email, the personal card for that account is hidden.
The cards appear only when your organization has the email and calendar service-account permission. If you do not see them, contact your ZoomInfo account team.
Find the team email and calendar connections
- In the lower-left corner of the left navigation panel, click your name or profile initial.
- Click Settings.
- In the Settings navigation, click Integrations.
- Scroll to Managed by your admin and find the Google or Microsoft 365 email or calendar card. To find it faster, type its name in the Search integrations box.
A card that is connected shows Connected. A card you cannot change shows Locked, and pointing to it shows "Managed by your admin."
Disconnect a team email or calendar connection
Only an admin can disconnect these cards. If the connection was made by another admin, the card stays locked for you.
- Open Settings, then Integrations.
- Under Managed by your admin, find the connected card.
- Click Disconnect.
When it works, a message says the integration "disconnected successfully."
Connect a team email or calendar account
The Integrations page does not show a Connect button on cards under Managed by your admin. If you open a link that tries to connect one of these integrations, a message says the integration "is managed by your admin. Contact your admin to connect it." To set up or change a team-wide email or calendar connection, contact ZoomInfo support.
If you see an error
- "Failed to disconnect from" followed by the integration name. The connection could not be removed. Try Disconnect again, and contact ZoomInfo support if it keeps failing.
- "There was an error while connecting to" followed by the integration name. The sign-in did not finish. Allow pop-ups for GTM One, then try again, since Microsoft 365 signs in through a separate window.
- "is managed by your admin. Contact your admin to connect it." The integration is set up for the whole team, so you cannot connect it yourself. Ask your admin.
