Browse Engagements
Build a timeline of your meetings and emails with external contacts and accounts. Free to use.
Overview
See every meeting and email you've had with an account, in order. Browse Engagements reads from the calendar, email, and meeting providers your organization has connected to ZoomInfo, so it shows activity that actually took place rather than whatever someone remembered to log in the CRM. Scope it to a company, a contact, or yourself, and it returns a timeline you can act on.
What You'll Get
A date-ordered list of engagements. Each carries:
- Subject, with scheduled date and time
- Type, either email or meeting, plus status
- Recording URL, for recorded meetings
- Participants, with names and email addresses
- ZoomInfo company and contact IDs for the account and people involved
- The engagement ID that Conversation Intelligence reads to analyze the conversation
Best For
- Seeing who you're meeting with this week
- Finding when you last spoke with an account or contact
- Pulling the last few touchpoints before a renewal
- Assembling a recent-activity timeline that feeds your prep
Browse Engagements finds conversations. It does not analyze them. To learn what was actually said, pass an engagement ID to Conversation Intelligence.

Requirements
Your organization needs at least one calendar, email, or meeting provider connected to ZoomInfo. Without that, the tool returns nothing. Ask your ZoomInfo admin what's connected.
Date ranges can span up to 90 days, with the end date as far as 60 days in the future. The window slides, so you can look back across a quarter or ahead across the next couple of months, as long as the span stays within 90 days. Call it with no arguments and you get seven days back through seven days ahead, which covers last week and next week without a single parameter. Up to 50 engagements per call; the default is 10.
Automatic Tool Selection
The AI reaches for Browse Engagements when you ask about meetings or emails: who you're seeing, when you last connected, what's coming up. The natural chain runs Browse Engagements to find the meeting, then Conversation Intelligence to analyze it.
Example Prompts
