What it does

Browse Engagements returns your meetings and emails with external contacts, ordered into a timeline. Scope it to a company, a contact, or yourself, narrow by date range, then sort oldest-first or newest-first. Each result carries the IDs you need to chain into other tools.

It reads from the calendar, email, and meeting providers your organization has connected to ZoomInfo, so it surfaces activity that actually took place rather than whatever made it into the CRM.

What you can do

  • See who you're meeting with this week.
  • Find when you last spoke with an account or contact.
  • Pull the last few touchpoints with a company before a renewal.
  • Assemble a recent-activity timeline that feeds your prep workflow.

Date range

Choose any date range up to 90 days long, with the end date up to 60 days in the future. The window slides: look back over a quarter of history or out across the next couple of months, as long as the span stays within 90 days.

Call it with no arguments and it returns the window from seven days ago to seven days ahead. That default covers what happened last week and what's on your calendar next week without a single parameter. You can return up to 50 engagements per call; the default is 10.

When the AI uses it

The AI invokes Browse Engagements when you ask about meetings or emails: who you're seeing, when you last connected, or what's coming up. It finds conversations; it does not analyze them.

To ask what was actually said in one of those conversations, pass its engagement ID into Conversation Intelligence. The company and contact IDs it returns chain into Account Research, Contact Research, and the enrich tools.

What's returned

  • Subject and scheduled date and time.
  • Type (email or meeting) and status.
  • Recording URL for recorded meetings.
  • Participants, with names and email addresses.
  • ZoomInfo company and contact IDs for the account and people involved.
  • The engagement ID that Conversation Intelligence reads to analyze the conversation.

This tool only returns results if your organization has connected at least one calendar, email, or meeting provider to ZoomInfo. Contact your ZoomInfo admin to confirm what's connected.
