Overview

A call that goes over one of these limits fails or is cut short, so check here before planning a large load. The limits below are fixed for every account. What usually stops a large job first is not one of them but your credit balance, or the per-user credit limit your admin sets in Admin Portal > Users > User Management (see Credits & Billing).

Per-Call Limits

Manage Audience Rows	50 rows per call	Split a larger load across several calls.
Enrich Companies / Enrich Contacts	10 records per call	Split a larger list across several calls.
Search Companies / Search Contacts with `redeem: true`	25 records per page, so one call charges for at most 25	Page through the results.
Update GTM Context	About 2,000 words of `sourceMaterial` per call	Break a longer document into several calls, each scoped to one topic.
Search Intent	50 topics per call	Split the topic list.
Enrich Company Signals	10 companies per call	Split a larger list across several calls.

Audience Limits

Limit	Value
Cells per audience	40 million: rows multiplied by columns, not either one alone
Rows from a search-populated audience (Upsert Audience with `searchQuery`)	No per-call cap; the cell ceiling and your data credit balance apply
Audience `name`	100 characters
Audience `description`	500 characters
Audience `notes`	1,000 characters
