Overview

Answer the question every rep faces walking into a new account: who should I actually talk to? Find Recommended Contacts ranks the people at a company by how relevant they are to you specifically, learning from the profiles you visit, the contacts you export, and the deals your organization has won. It costs nothing and comes back with reasoning, not just a list of names.

What You'll Get

A ranked set of recommended people at one account, with:

  • Full contact detail, including email, direct dial, title, and department
  • An explanation of why each person was recommended
  • An engagement priority section naming who to contact first
  • Reasoning that separates entry points from decision-makers

Best For

  • Prospecting into an account you don't know yet
  • Meeting preparation and account planning
  • Finding stakeholders ahead of a renewal
  • Rebuilding coverage when a relationship goes cold

If you already know the persona you want, Search Contacts gives you direct filter control. For a deep briefing on one named person, use Contact Research.

How It Works

Recommendations are ranked on relevance to your own engagement patterns and on how reachable each contact is. Three situations draw on different signals:

Cold prospecting

  • Profiles you have visited in ZoomInfo
  • Contacts you have exported

Deal acceleration

  • Contacts tied to closed-won new business in your CRM

Renewal and growth

  • Contacts tied to expansion wins

Credits

Free. Find Recommended Contacts consumes no bulk data credits. See Credits & Billing.

Requirements

Recommendations are scoped to the authenticated user. That means quality depends on who you log in as. Authenticate with your own ZoomInfo credentials and the tool weights results toward the contacts you are most likely to find relevant, drawing on the profiles you have viewed and the deals your organization has won. A shared credential loses that. CRM win patterns need your organization to have connected its CRM.

Automatic Tool Selection

The AI reaches for this tool when you name an account and ask who to approach, rather than describing a persona. Meeting prep, account planning, and cold prospecting into a named company all land here.

Example Prompts

"Who should I talk to at Acme Corp?"

"I'm heading into a renewal at HubSpot. Which stakeholders should be on my radar?"

"Give me the top 5 contacts to reach out to at each of these 3 accounts."

"Where's my best entry point into this account?"
