Learn how to ask chat about the company behind a recorded meeting, including its account details and open job postings.

Overview

When you open a recording in Meetings, chat can answer questions about the meeting itself (e.g., takeaways, objections, a follow-up email) and about the account the meeting was with. An account question is answered with information about the meeting's company only. Chat looks the company up, reads its account information and insights, and can list its open job postings.

Chat decides for each question whether it is about the meeting or about the account. Questions about the meeting, such as what was said, who spoke or what the action items were, are answered from the meeting. Questions about the company, such as its account status, health, insights, owner or open jobs, are answered with account information. A question about a different company is answered from the meeting, not with account information for that company.

Before you start

  • The meeting needs a company. Chat takes the company from the recording. If the recording shows no company, account questions are answered from the meeting only. See Troubleshooting account questions in meeting chat in GTM One.
  • Chat on a meeting can use AI action credits when your organization is charged for them.
  • Ask AI is not shown when a recording is opened inside another panel, such as a profile panel or a meeting viewer dialog. Open the recording from Meetings instead.

Ask about the meeting's account

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Meetings.
  2. Click the Recordings tab, then click the recording you want to open.
  3. Click Ask AI in the action bar above the recording. Chat opens beside the meeting with the heading "Ask about this meeting". The button is turned off while chat is already open.
  4. Type a question about the company in the box that reads "Ask anything..." and send it (e.g., "What's the status of the account?" or "Show me insights for this account").
  5. Watch the progress messages. For an account question chat shows "Searching companies" and then "Retrieving account information" while it works.
  6. Read the answer. It can include a table, chart, page or note, so open any attachment shown with the reply.

Keep the question about the meeting's own company. Say what you want to know, such as account health, deal size, owner or recent trends, so the answer stays focused.

Ask for the company's open job postings

Open job postings can hint at what a company is investing in.

  1. Open chat on the recording as described above.
  2. Ask for the company's open jobs (e.g., "What open jobs does this company have?").
  3. Wait for the message "Searching for open job postings". When it finishes, chat shows how many open jobs it found.
  4. Click a job title in the answer to open its posting.

Chat lists open postings only, newest first, up to 50 at a time, with the title, location, last updated date and categories. Closed postings are left out. If you want fewer or more, say so in your question.

Tips

If you see an error

  • "Failed to load meeting details" Something went wrong loading the recording, so chat has no meeting to open on. Select the retry option shown, or go back to Recordings and open the meeting again.
  • "Meeting not found" The meeting may have been deleted, or you may not have access to it. Ask the meeting's owner or your ZoomInfo admin for access.
