Overview

Chat on the Upcoming and Recordings tabs reads your meetings and answers from them. It knows today's date, so you can ask in everyday terms such as "today", "yesterday", "this week" or "next month". You can also name an account to see only meetings with that company.

Before you start

  • You need the Meetings page. On the Upcoming tab, Ask AI appears only after you connect a calendar. If the tab asks you to connect one, do that first. See Troubleshooting Meeting Prep Data in GTM One.
  • Chat lists a past meeting only when it has a recording. A call that was never recorded does not appear in answers about past meetings. Canceled meetings are left out of upcoming ones.
  • Which assistant answers meetings chat depends on how your organization has it set up. The steps are the same either way, but the video player in How to watch a meeting recording from chat on the Meetings page is available only with the Meetings assistant.
  • Each question you send uses 15 AI action credits when your organization is charged for them, and nothing otherwise.

Ask for meetings in a time frame

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Meetings.
  2. Click the Upcoming tab or the Recordings tab.
  3. Click Ask AI in the page header.
  4. In the box that reads "Ask anything...", type your question with a time frame (e.g., "What meetings do I have this week?") and send it.
  5. Read the answer. Past meetings show their summary and action items, and upcoming ones show their participants and details.

Ask for meetings with one account

  1. Open chat with Ask AI as above.
  2. Type a question that names the account (e.g., "What meetings do I have with IBM this month?") and send it.
  3. Read the answer. The account name is matched in part and without regard to capitals, so "IBM" also finds a meeting with "IBM Corporation".

Ask for follow-ups

  1. Open chat with Ask AI as above.
  2. Click the suggested question "What follow-up actions do I need to take?", or type your own, such as "What action items came from last week's meetings?".
  3. Type a follow-up question to narrow the answer, such as which account an action belongs to.

Meetings of the whole team

Say "my meetings" to keep an answer to meetings you take part in. To include meetings from across your team, say so in the question (e.g., "What meetings is my team having with this account?"). Because the assistant decides how to read a question, name which one you want if the answer looks too short or too long.

Tips

  • Name the time frame and the account in one question for the most focused answer.
  • Chat reuses the meetings it already found earlier in the conversation. Ask it to refresh the data if you think a meeting is new or changed.
  • Chat answers only from your meeting data. If it does not have enough information, it says so.
  • A meeting that just ended may not appear yet, because meeting data updates on a schedule. See Overview of how often GTM One data updates.

If you see an error

  • "Unable to retrieve meetings at this time". The meeting lookup failed. Ask the question again in a minute, and contact your ZoomInfo admin if it keeps happening.
  • "No meetings found". Nothing matched your time frame, account or recording requirement. Widen the dates or check the account name, then ask again.
