Overview
Data in GTM One moves through several stages, and each one updates on its own schedule. When something looks out of date, find the stage it belongs to below, check its timestamp, and refresh it if you can.
Check and refresh your data
- Find the stage the data comes from in the list below.
- Check its timestamp.
- Use the manual refresh for that stage, if it has one.
- If the data is still older than its schedule allows after a refresh, contact your ZoomInfo admin or ZoomInfo support.
CRM data
Your CRM resyncs into GTM One once a day, so a change you make in your CRM appears after the next daily resync. An audience shows when it last synced under "Last Sync:" at the bottom of the page, with a Go to sync settings link. See How to connect your CRM to GTM One.
Audience refresh
An audience with automation refreshes on the schedule you choose: daily, weekly or monthly. The one-click default refreshes weekly, on Monday. The audience header shows "Last refreshed" with the date, or "Never refreshed". To refresh now, click Audiences in the left navigation panel, open the Automations tab, click the three dots at the end of the automation's row and select Run refresh: it picks up new matching records and refreshes the columns. Run enrichment in More actions (the three dots) on the audience fills the columns of the rows already there, once, and adds no new records.
Sellers' copies
When an audience is routed to sellers, the owner's changes reach the sellers' copies at their next sync, which happens with the audience's next automated refresh. Without automation, the copies keep the rows they have. To send changes now, click Sync now, Sync all or Sync where the audience shows "Seller audiences out of sync". The control shows "Last synced:" or "Not synced yet". Sending the latest rows can take a few minutes.
App data
An app reads its audience's data, and its badge shows "Data updated" with how long ago. "This audience changed — new data is on its way." means GTM One is refreshing it on its own. A refresh you ask for takes a couple of minutes for a large audience. If the badge shows "This audience changed, but the last refresh failed.", click Retry refresh.
Refreshing is not the same as republishing. When the audience gains or loses columns, the live app keeps its older data until you publish a repaired version. See How to update an app when its audience changes.
