Overview
GTM One runs on the same backend as the ZoomInfo products it brings together, so your existing data and setup carry over. The questions below cover what carries over, how audiences work in GTM One, and how to find your audiences after the move.
What Happens to My Data?
Your data stays where it is. The following carry over with no migration work:
- Target accounts: The same target accounts you have in Copilot appear in the GTM One Feed.
- CRM connection: GTM One uses the same CRM connection as Copilot.
- Integrations: Any integration already connected in Copilot carries over.
- Signals: Signals come from the same signal pipeline as before.
- Lists and saved searches: Your lists and saved searches are available in Advanced Search, as before.
What Happens to My Audiences?
Your audiences are migrated to GTM One. In GTM One, Audiences is the single place to build lists. GoToMarket Workspace views and GoToMarket Studio audiences are now one product called Audiences.
Do I Lose Anything by Moving to GTM One?
No. Profiles and the Feed are the same as before and run on the same backend. GTM One adds new capabilities on top of them.
Why Don't I See All the Audiences in My Company?
Audiences in GTM One belong to the person who created them. A new audience is private to its owner until the owner shares it. The owner can share an audience with specific people or with everyone in the organization, as a viewer or as an editor.
This means you see only the audiences you own and the audiences that have been shared with you. Before, every audience in your company was visible to everyone.
If you need an audience that a teammate built, ask the owner to share it with you. To share one of your own audiences, see How to Share an Audience in GTM One.
How Do I Find My Audiences in GTM One?
- In the left navigation panel, click Audiences.
- Click the All tab above the list, if it is not already selected.
- Click Created by me to see the audiences you created, or click Shared with me to see the audiences others have shared with you.
- Click the name of an audience to open it.
To look for a specific audience, type its name in the Search audiences box above the list. To clear a quick filter and see the full list again, click the active filter a second time.
