Learn how to fix account answers that are missing, about the wrong company or empty in a meeting's chat.

Overview

Chat on a recording answers account questions about the meeting's company. This article covers what to do when the answer has no account information, names the wrong company, shows no open jobs, or when chat will not open. To learn how the feature works, see How to ask chat about a meeting's account and open jobs in GTM One.

The answer has no account information

  1. Open the recording from Meetings, then the Recordings tab.
  2. Check whether the recording shows a company. Chat only looks up an account when the recording has one. Without a company, chat answers from the meeting alone.
  3. Make sure the question is about that company. A question about another company, or a general account question, is answered from the meeting and does not trigger an account lookup.
  4. Ask again with the account in mind (e.g., "What's the account health for this company?").
  5. To research a company the recording is not tied to, open that company's profile and click Ask AI there. See Overview of Company Profiles in GTM One.

The answer is about the wrong company

  1. Check the company shown on the recording. Chat searches for the company by name and uses the best match only, so a similar name can match a different company.
  2. Ask again using the company's full name as it appears on its profile.
  3. If the answer is still about the wrong company, open the correct company's profile and ask there.

The open jobs list is empty or short

  1. Ask again for open jobs after the "Searching for open job postings" message finishes.
  2. Remember that only open postings are listed, newest first, up to 50. Closed postings are left out, so a company with none open gets an empty list.
  3. If you expect jobs for a company that has them, ask for the company's open jobs again by name and contact your ZoomInfo admin if the list stays empty.

Ask AI will not open

  1. Look for Ask AI in the action bar above the recording. It is turned off while chat is already open beside the meeting, so look for the open chat instead.
  2. If the recording is open inside a profile panel or a meeting viewer dialog, Ask AI is not shown. Open the recording from Meetings instead.
  3. If the page shows a message that the meeting did not load, use the steps below.

If you see an error

  • "Failed to load meeting details" The recording did not load, so chat has no meeting to work from. Select the retry option shown, or go back to Recordings and open the meeting again.
  • "Something went wrong loading this meeting. Try again, or head back to Recordings." The same problem with a retry. Try again, and if it repeats, go back to Recordings and reopen the meeting.
  • "Meeting not found" The meeting may have been deleted, or you may not have access to it. Ask the meeting's owner or your ZoomInfo admin for access.

If chat starts and then stops without an answer, send the question again. If it keeps failing, contact ZoomInfo support with the meeting's name, the question you asked and the time you asked it.
