Learn how to ask chat about your recent and upcoming meetings from the Meetings page.

Overview

The Meetings page has an Ask AI button that opens chat beside your meeting list. You can ask about the meetings you have had, such as the key takeaways and the follow-ups you owe, and about the meetings coming up, such as how to prepare for them. Chat answers from your meetings and the other data GTM One draws on.

The Ask AI button is on the Upcoming tab and on the Recordings tab. It is hidden while chat is already open on the page. On the Upcoming tab, the page controls, Ask AI among them, appear once a calendar is connected. If you do not see them, connect your calendar first. See Troubleshooting Meeting Prep Data in GTM One.

Which assistant answers meetings chat depends on how your organization has it set up. When your organization has the newer assistant turned on for meetings, meetings chat is answered by the same assistant as chat in the rest of GTM One. The steps to use it are the same either way.

Ask chat about your meetings

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Meetings.
  2. Click the Upcoming tab or the Recordings tab.
  3. Click Ask AI in the page header. Chat opens beside the list with the heading "Ask about your meetings".
  4. Click one of the Suggested questions, or type your own question in the box that reads "Ask anything..." and send it.
  5. Read the answer, then type a follow-up to narrow it or go deeper.

The suggested questions are:

  • "What were the key takeaways from my recent meetings?"
  • "What follow-up actions do I need to take?"
  • "Prep me for my upcoming meetings."
  • "Help me prepare an agenda and talking points."

To ask about one meeting instead of your whole list, open the meeting from Recordings and use chat there. See How to Prepare for Meetings in GTM One.

Tips

  • Name the meeting, the account or the time frame in your question (e.g., "meetings with a named account last week") to get a focused answer.
  • If a meeting is missing from an answer, check that it appears in your meeting list first. See Troubleshooting Meeting Prep Data in GTM One.
