Learn how to ask chat on the Meetings page to play a recording of a past meeting.

Overview

When you ask chat about one specific meeting, it can show the recording in a video player inside the chat reply. You do not need to leave the Meetings page.

Before you start

  • The meeting must have a recording. Chat finds past meetings only when they were recorded.
  • Chat shows the player only when your question is about one specific meeting, or when it finds exactly one meeting. If it finds several, it describes them and does not play any.
  • The player is part of the Meetings assistant. When your organization has the newer assistant turned on for meetings, chat does not play a recording inline. Open the recording from the Recordings tab instead. See Overview of Meetings in GTM One.
  • Each question you send uses 15 AI action credits when your organization is charged for them.

Watch a recording in chat

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Meetings.
  2. Click the Recordings tab.
  3. Click Ask AI in the page header.
  4. In the box that reads "Ask anything...", ask for one meeting by account and time (e.g., "Show me the recording from my meeting with Acme Corp last Tuesday") and send it.
  5. Press the play button on the video in the reply.

If your question matches several meetings, add the date, the account or the meeting title and ask again so that only one matches.

If you see an error

  • "Your browser does not support the video tag." Your browser cannot play the video inside chat. Open the same meeting from the Recordings tab, or try a current version of your browser.
