Overview

The Admin Portal is the same ZoomInfo Admin Portal you already use. It has not changed with GTM One, and it is not part of the GTM One workspace. Instead, you open it as a separate ZoomInfo product from the products menu, and it opens in its own browser tab.

Use the Admin Portal when you need to change role-based access control (RBAC), such as the permissions a user holds. All RBAC changes are made in the Admin Portal. The permissions users already had in Copilot and GoToMarket Studio carry into GTM One, so you do not need to set them up again.

What the Admin Portal Manages and What GTM One Settings Manages

Administrative work is split between two places:

  • Admin Portal: Role-based access control and user permissions. Every RBAC change goes through the Admin Portal.
  • GTM One Settings: Configuration that is new with GTM One, such as profile layouts. You manage these inside GTM One, not in the Admin Portal.

If you want to change the layout of company, contact, or opportunity profiles, go to Settings in GTM One. If you want to change what a user has permission to do, go to the Admin Portal.

How to Open the Admin Portal

  1. In the lower-left corner of the left navigation panel, click your name or profile initial.
  2. Hover over Products to open the ZoomInfo products menu.
  3. Click Admin Portal.

The Admin Portal opens in a new browser tab, and GTM One stays open in its original tab.

If Admin Portal is not listed in the products menu, your account does not have access to it. Contact your ZoomInfo admin or your ZoomInfo account team for help.

How to Open GTM One Settings

  1. In the lower-left corner of the left navigation panel, click your name or profile initial.
  2. Click Settings.
