Overview

Admins manage credits and user access in GTM One from a few places:

  • Credits: Each audience shows the credits it has used in its Audience context section.
  • Permissions: Role-based access control (RBAC) carries over from Copilot and GoToMarket Studio, so users keep the permissions they already had. All RBAC changes are made in the ZoomInfo Admin Portal, which is unchanged and opens from the products menu.
  • Profile layouts: Admins assign profile layouts to teams or individual users in GTM One Settings.
  • Audience access: Each audience belongs to the user who created it and starts out private. The audience owner decides who can view or edit it.

GTM One does not show credit balances or credit rates, and a full list of every permission isn't available yet. For credit balances, credit rates, and bulk user provisioning, contact your ZoomInfo account team.

Review the Credits an Audience Has Used

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Audiences.
  2. Click the name of the audience you want to review.
  3. Find the Audience context section in the Refine panel on the left side of the page. If the panel is folded into a narrow rail labeled Refine, click Expand Refine first.
  4. In the Audience context section, click See all.
  5. Review the Credit cost row, which shows the credits the audience has used, followed by "cr." If the row reads Missing, the credit count isn't available for that audience.
  6. Click Back to return to the rest of the panel.

To fold the panel back into its rail, click Collapse Refine.

For other places GTM One shows credit usage, such as the enrichment run log, see Overview of Credits in GTM One (AI + Data, Value-Based Charging).

Change User Permissions

GTM One doesn't have its own permission settings. To change what a user can do, open the Admin Portal.

  1. In the lower-left corner of the left navigation panel, click your name or profile initial.
  2. Hover over Products to open the ZoomInfo products menu.
  3. Click Admin Portal. The Admin Portal opens in a new browser tab.

If Admin Portal isn't listed in the products menu, your account doesn't have access to it. For more detail, see Overview of the Admin Portal in GTM One.

Assign a Profile Layout to Teams or Users

The User Layouts page is only available to administrators. A layout must be public and active before you can assign it. For how to make a layout public, see How to Set Up Users and RBAC in GTM One.

  1. Open the profile menu in the lower-left corner of the page.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Settings navigation, under Assignments, click User Layouts.
  4. In the left panel, select the Set team/individual layouts checkbox.
  5. Select the checkbox next to each team or person you want to assign the layout to. Selecting a manager also selects their whole team.
  6. In the right panel, find the card for the profile type you want (Company profile, Contact profile, or Opportunity profile) and click its Layout dropdown.
  7. Select the layout.
  8. Click Save changes at the bottom of the right panel.
  9. If a confirmation dialog appears, click Apply. The dialog appears when your change affects 50 or more people.

The assignment screen shows only the change you're making. It doesn't show which layout a user already has.

Control Who Can See an Audience

Admins don't manage audience access centrally. Each audience owner shares their own audience with specific people or with everyone in the organization, as a viewer or an editor. For the steps, see How to Share an Audience in GTM One.
