Learn why a user is missing from the Select Non-Admin Users window and how to fix it.
Overview
The Select Non-Admin Users window lists the active users in your organization who are not admins. It does not list inactive users or admins, and a search shows at most 20 users at a time. A person who seems to be missing is usually one of those cases.
Find a user who is not listed
- Type part of the person's name in the Search Users field. Each search shows the first 20 matches, so type more of the name to narrow it.
- If the person still does not appear, check their status in User Management. A user who is inactive, or who is an admin, is not listed in this window.
- Reactivate the user, or choose another setting for admins, then open the Select Non-Admin Users window again.
The list is empty or does not finish loading
When the user list cannot be loaded, the window stops loading and shows no names. It does not show an error message.
- Click Cancel to close the window without changing anything.
- Open the window again and wait for the list to load.
- If the list is still empty, sign out, sign in again and retry. If it stays empty, contact your ZoomInfo account team.
The numbers do not match what you expect
- The count beside Users is the number of all active non-admin users. It does not change when you search.
- The heading above Your Selections counts the users you chose. When Select all is on, it shows the total number of users instead.
- Clear All removes every user from Your Selections. Click Cancel if you clicked it by mistake, because nothing is applied until you click Save.
Check what Save applied
- Click Save after you finish choosing users.
- Reopen the window and confirm that Your Selections shows the users you expect.
Save adds the users you newly selected and removes the users you took off the list. Users you did not change stay as they were.
