Learn which access each Admin Portal page needs and what to ask for.

Overview

Each page in the Admin Portal left navigation checks its own permission when you open it. If your account does not hold that permission, the Admin Portal shows a permissions error page instead of the page. A few pages go to Overview instead, because the page is not turned on for your organization. This article lists what the pages need so an admin can fix the right thing.

Some organizations see the newer left navigation, with the groups Go-To-Market, GTM Context, Execution, Analytics, System and Developer Tools. Others still see the older Configurations area. The sections below cover both. Only the pages with a known access requirement are listed. A page that is not listed here has no requirement this article can confirm.

Find and fix the missing access

  1. Note the page you tried to open and whether you landed on a permissions error page or on Overview.
  2. Find the page in the sections below and read what it needs.
  3. Ask an admin in your organization to open User Management and check the role assigned to your account. See How to Set Up Users and RBAC in GTM One.
  4. Ask the admin to add the access the page needs, or to assign a role that includes it.
  5. Sign out, sign in again and open the page.
  6. If the page is still refused, or the page is missing from the left navigation, contact your ZoomInfo account team and tell them the page and where you ended up.

Go-To-Market

  • AI Context (Company Overview, Products & Services, Personas, Ideal Customer Profile and Competitors) needs access to GTM configuration, or access to GTM configurations, and your organization must have it turned on. If it is not turned on, you land on Overview.

GTM Context

  • Intelligence needs access to GTM configurations.
  • Intent has no page-level check, but the pages inside it need the intent management permissions.
  • Alerts needs access to GTM plays. Without it you land on Overview rather than on a permissions error page.

Analytics

  • Insights and Usage need access to usage analytics or insights analytics.

System

  • Integrations and its pages need admin integrations access. A native Salesforce application user can also open the Integrations list.
  • CRM Writeback needs basic or advanced CRM writeback access.
  • OAuth Usage needs admin integrations access, and your organization must have it turned on. If it is not turned on, you land on Overview.
  • Conversation Intelligence needs Copilot.
  • User Management (Users and Single Sign-On) needs the user management permission.
  • Privacy & Security needs the privacy and security permission.
  • Platform Settings needs the platform settings permission.

The older Configurations area

If your organization still sees Configurations, these pages apply instead of their newer equivalents:

  • Targeting and Intelligence need access to GTM configurations.
  • Offerings needs either the AI email generator or the offerings limit on your account.
  • ZoomInfo web script and Domains need at least one of scheduling, IP-to-organization, chat or form completion.
  • Intent has no page-level check, but the pages inside it need the intent management permissions.
  • GTM alerts needs access to GTM plays. Without it you land on Overview rather than on a permissions error page.
  • Territories needs access to GTM configurations, and your organization must have territories turned on. If it is not turned on, you land on Overview.
