Overview
The Admin Portal's left navigation groups its pages by area, and a search field lets you jump to a page by name. The pages you see depend on the permissions your account holds and on your organization's plan, so two admins in the same organization can see different pages.
Find a page with the left navigation
- Open the Admin Portal from the products menu. For the steps, see Overview of the Admin Portal in GTM One.
- In the left navigation, open the area that matches your task: Integrations, User Management, Privacy & Security or Platform Settings.
- Click the page you want.
Use this list to choose an area:
- Integrations: CRM writeback, API and webhooks, field mapping, conversation intelligence and other connections.
- User Management: users, roles, groups, teams, single sign-on and provisioning.
- Privacy & Security: privacy settings, domains and emails, the opt-out list and the audit log.
- Platform Settings: company settings, engagement settings and content enablement.
Find a page with search
- In the left navigation, click the search field.
- Type part of the page name.
- Click the matching page in the results.
If a page is not in the navigation
A page is missing when your account does not hold the permission that opens it, or when your organization's plan does not include it. If you open a page's address directly without that permission, the Admin Portal shows a permissions error page instead of the page.
- Ask another admin in your organization to check your role in User Management.
- If you still do not see the page, contact your ZoomInfo account team to confirm the page is part of your plan.
