Learn where Chat shows the credits a reply used and when it shows nothing.
Overview
When Chat finishes a reply that was billed, a small label under the reply states what it used, for example 1 credit or 8 credits. Use it to see what a request cost.
Before you start
- The label appears only after the reply is finished. Nothing shows while the reply is still being written. It appears once Chat has finished and GTM One has loaded the final record of the reply.
- Not every reply shows one. If a reply used no credits, or too few to show (less than a hundredth of a credit), no label is shown. A missing label does not mean something went wrong.
Steps
- Send your message and wait for Chat to finish its reply.
- Look just below the reply, near the feedback and copy icons, for the credits label.
- If no label appears, reload the conversation. The label is part of the saved reply and appears on reopening if the reply was billed.
Good to know
- The label shows the credits charged for that one reply. It is not your balance.
- A figure is rounded to two decimal places, so a reply can show part of a credit.
- Your organization's credit balance and who pays for credits are managed by your ZoomInfo admin.
