How to see company and contact cards in the Chrome extension profile

Learn where the company and contact cards appear in the Chrome extension profile.

Overview

In the GTM One Chrome extension, a company or contact profile opens in the side panel. The cards on the profile, such as About, Company details, Tags, Funding history and Similar companies for a company, or Contact details and Tags for a contact, are widgets in the profile layout. Each tab shows only what the active layout contains, in the order the layout sets, the same as the web app.

The extension keeps its own designs for the Company details and Contact details cards, so those look different from the web app even though they come from the layout.

Find a card in the extension profile

1. Open the GTM One Chrome extension on a company or contact page to open its profile in the side panel.
2. Click the tab you expect the card on (e.g., Overview).
3. Scroll through the tab to find the card. The cards you see are the widgets your active layout includes.
4. To add a card that is missing, open the same company or contact in GTM One, click Personalize at the right of the tab bar, then click Open layout editor and add the widget to the layout.
5. Click Save layout in the layout editor, then reload the profile in the extension.

The contact's record information is not a layout widget, so it stays at the bottom of a contact's first tab whatever the layout contains.

If a card you expect is missing

• If a card you expect is not on a tab, your layout does not include that card. Add the widget in the layout editor as described above.
• If you cannot change the layout, ask your ZoomInfo admin which layout is assigned to you.
