Learn how to see whether RingLead is set up for you and who connects it.

Overview

RingLead is listed on the Integrations page in Settings under the Intent & Data category. It is always admin-managed: it never appears under Your integrations, and a person who is not the admin cannot connect it. When RingLead is available to your organization, its card is in the Managed by your admin section ("Set up for your team by your admin."). For a person who cannot connect it, the card shows Locked in place of Connect, and hovering over it shows "Managed by your admin."

This article covers how to find the card and what its state means. The files this article is based on do not show the administrator's connection steps, the credentials RingLead needs or what the connection is used for in GTM One, so they are not described here.

Before you start

  • Who can connect RingLead: your ZoomInfo admin. Whether you can connect it yourself depends on your role; ask your ZoomInfo admin if you are not sure.
  • A Locked card: the card is there and your admin manages it. Ask your admin to connect it or to tell you whether it is already connected.
  • A Connected label on the card: RingLead is already connected, and nothing more is needed.
  • No RingLead card: the Integrations page does not list RingLead for you. The page does not say why (e.g., RingLead is not turned on for your organization, or the rollout has not reached it), so ask your ZoomInfo admin or account team.
  • The whole page is empty: the page shows "No integrations found" and "Please reach out to your admin to set up integrations." Your organization has no integrations listed at all, so ask your admin.

Check whether RingLead is available

  1. In the lower-left corner of the left navigation panel, click your name or profile initial.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Settings navigation, click Integrations.
  4. Type RingLead in the Search integrations box at the top of the page.
  5. Look for the RingLead card under Managed by your admin and read the label at the bottom of the card.

If the card shows Locked, your admin manages the connection. If it shows Connected, RingLead is already connected. If you see "No integrations match" followed by RingLead, the page lists no RingLead card for you; click Clear search to see everything on the page. The Search integrations box appears only when the page lists at least one integration.

Request a RingLead connection

  1. Contact your ZoomInfo admin or account team and share your company's ZoomInfo account (tenant) name and how you plan to use RingLead with GTM One.

If you see an error

  • "RingLead is managed by your admin. Contact your admin to connect it." This appears when a link that opens the RingLead connection reaches a person who cannot connect it. Ask your ZoomInfo admin to connect RingLead.
