Learn how to see what flows into your context graph and how complete it is.

Overview

The Collection Manager is a page in the GTM Context Graph section that lists every collection in your graph. For each collection it shows what is flowing in, which sources feed it, how fresh the data is, and how completely each field is filled.

Collections are split into two groups. Your Context holds the collections your connected sources write into. ZoomInfo Context holds the ZoomInfo datasets your organization can query. This page is available when your organization has it turned on.

For what each health label means, see How to Review Source Health in the Collection Manager.

Open the Collection Manager

  1. In the left navigation panel, find the GTM Context Graph group and click Manager.
  2. Review the summary tiles at the top. Your Context shows Active collections, Records, Fields, and Needs attention. ZoomInfo Context shows Active datasets, Records under management, Fields, and Needs attention.
  3. Click the All, Your Context, or ZoomInfo Context tab to choose which collections the table lists.
  4. To narrow the table, type in the Search collections and fields box, or click the Needs attention or No metrics chip above the table. Click a chip again to turn it off.
  5. Click Refresh metrics in the top-right corner of the page to reload the numbers.

A dash in place of a number means the value is unknown or was not measured. It does not mean zero.

Open a collection

  1. In the table, click the row of the collection you want.
  2. Click the Fields & fill rate tab to see each field with its type, origin (Standard or Custom), and fill rate. Click a field to open its detail panel, which shows the fill rate by source.
  3. Click the Sources tab to see the sources writing to the collection, with their instance, source object, record count, ZoomInfo match rate, and last update times.
  4. To go back, click Collection Manager in the breadcrumb at the top of the page.

Each collection has its own address, so you can share the link with a teammate who has the same access.

Add a source to a collection

  1. Click Add source at the top of the Collection Manager, or on a collection page, or in the Sources column of a row that has no source yet.
  2. In the Add a source dialog, find the vendor you want. The list shows vendors tagged for the collection you chose.
  3. Click Open Integrations Hub. It opens in a new browser tab, where you connect the vendor.

Volumes and fill rates appear after the first sync. A vendor that can feed a collection may not be tagged yet, so open the Integrations Hub to see everything available.

Add a custom field

If you can manage fields, a collection page shows a New field button.

  1. Open the collection you want to add a field to.
  2. Click New field.
  3. In the New custom field dialog, enter a Field name, choose a Type, and add a Description that says what the field holds and who writes it.
  4. Click Create field.

The type and API name of a field cannot be changed after it is created. To change the other details, open the field's detail panel and click Edit field, then click Save changes. To remove a custom field, click Delete field and confirm. Deleting a custom field cannot be undone, and everything stored in it is removed.

If you see an error

  • "Could not refresh the collections. Showing the last loaded data." The page could not reload, so it kept the numbers it already had. Click Retry in the banner.
  • "Some collection data could not be loaded:" followed by what is missing, such as record counts, fill rates, the collection list, or the field schema. The numbers that depend on it show as unavailable. Click Refresh metrics or try again in a moment.
  • "Collection unavailable" with "This collection could not be opened because" the collection list or the field schema could not be loaded. Click Retry, or click Back to Collection Manager.
  • "Collection not found" with "It may not exist in your graph, or it may have been removed." The link points to a collection your graph does not have. Click Back to Collection Manager and pick a collection from the list.
  • "Source metrics are unavailable" Volume and fill rate for this collection could not be loaded. Click the retry button on the collection page.
  • "Fields unavailable" The dataset's fields could not be loaded. Try again in a moment.
  • "Could not load the integration catalogue" The Integrations Hub did not answer in the Add a source dialog. Try again, or click Open Integrations Hub.
  • "Could not create the field. Try again." "Could not save the field. Try again." "Could not delete the field. Try again." The change did not go through. Try again, and contact your admin if it keeps failing.
