# User Delegation for Agent Team Plays

> Run Agent Team plays on behalf of specific reps, not as the RevOps user who configured them. With User Delegation, select Run as Others when scheduling or manually triggering a play, then choose one or more teammates or user groups — the workflow executes in each rep's context: email outreach sends from their address, Workspace signals reflect their accounts, and records route based on their role. Configure it at run time or when setting up a scheduled trigger, and every execution behaves as if each rep triggered it themselves.
