## Agent Team pulse cards link the person

> On Feed > Agents, a pulse card such as Champion Move links the first mention of each person the pulse lists, in the title and the body, to their contact profile, which opens in the side pane. You can open the person from the card instead of searching for them. The link shows only when the pulse lists the person.

## Ask AI follows the expanded list in the extension

> In the Chrome extension's expanded list view, Ask AI now uses the contacts that view currently shows, so filtering the list changes what you can ask about. With rows selected it uses those rows. On the Companies and Scoops tabs there are no contacts, so Ask AI is turned off with a No contacts available tooltip.

## Do Not Call alternate phone numbers are held back

> Alternate direct and mobile numbers marked Do Not Call are treated like a primary number marked Do Not Call. They don't show as dialable in the contact header, the side panel profile, or the contact details menu in Advanced Search, Audiences and Feed, so a number you shouldn't call doesn't look like one you can.

## LinkedIn headlines with @Company fill in title and company

> On LinkedIn search results, a headline like Senior Product Manager @ZoomInfo splits into a job title and a company in the Chrome extensions, even with no space after the @. The contact shows with its title and company, rather than the whole headline as the title and no company.

## Run agent shows greyed out on unverified profiles

> In the Chrome extension side panel, the Run agent button shows greyed out on unverified contacts and companies, with a tooltip saying agents can't run on them, in place of being hidden. That covers contacts with a ZoomInfo ID but unconfirmed employment at the company, and CRM record pages where the company didn't match in ZoomInfo. The button is still there, so it doesn't look like the feature is missing.

## Ask AI on the Business Context list pages

> The four Business Context list pages have an Ask AI button at the top right, ahead of Archive and Create. It opens the same chat as the Ask AI item in the Generate with AI menu, so you can ask a question about your business context without leaving the list. Read-only users see Ask AI too.

## Chat titles and previews show @-mentions by name

> A chat that starts with an @-mention shows the person or company name in its chat history title and preview, in the chat header and in the first message while it sends, in place of the raw mention markup. Sent messages still show mention pills.

## Chat warns when a CSV is too large to read in full

> Attaching a CSV in Chat or on Home shows a warning when the file is over its share of what the agent reads, for example 83,333 characters each when three files are attached, so you know the agent will read only the first part. The file still uploads and you can send it. Chat also refuses a file over 100 MB or of an unsupported type before upload, with a message naming the file, instead of leaving a red pill in one of your five attachment slots.

## Chats open at the latest message

> Opening a chat lands you at the latest message right away, including when you switch threads in a chat that is already open, instead of showing the top and scrolling down. Scrolling up slowly while a reply is streaming in stays where you stopped, so you can reread earlier messages without being pulled back to the bottom.

## Audience columns hold more than one filter

> An Audience column can now carry more than one filter, and a record has to match all of them. For example, you can keep Next Best Action values that are not empty and also do not contain a phrase you want to leave out. Each filter shows as its own chip, so you edit or remove one without touching the others, and saved views keep every filter.

## Chat question cards stay open until your answer is sent

> If you answer a question card in chat while the agent is still replying, the answer isn't sent. The card now stays open with your pick instead of showing Answered, so you can send it again when the reply finishes. A suggested next action shows Sent only when it went out, and the message box keeps your typed text when a send is turned away.

## Contact Info matches any or all of the details you tick

> The Contact Info filter for a contacts column has a Match contacts with switch: Any of these (the default) or All of these. Choose Any to find contacts with at least one ticked detail, such as a mobile phone or a business email, or All to find contacts that have every one. View settings for a saved column now shows which option it uses.

> Copy on an AI reply now leaves out inline citation links such as [1], so an email you paste to a customer has none. The citations still show in the reply on screen, and Copy hides when a reply holds nothing but citations.

## Run ZoomInfo Agents and Agent Teams Through the API

> Trigger ZoomInfo agents and Agent Teams from your own workflows and get their results back as text or structured data. Start a run with a single API call, and for shorter jobs choose to get the answer back in the same response. Before you run an agent, look up the inputs it expects, and afterward review its past and active runs. Agents that support streaming can also send their progress as they work.

Email and Slack can send as you or as ZoomInfo, with each option showing its connection status. Set one reminder after 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours, a timeout of 8, 12, 24, or 48 hours, and automatic approval or rejection on timeout. Configure these options on the Approval step in the builder.

> Nyne, Versium, and SixtyFour are now available in the Agent Teams capability catalog. No API key or connection setup is required. Nyne starts from an email or LinkedIn profile and returns identity, company, location, work email, and phone details. Versium finds US business emails and mobile numbers from a name plus city and state, or a LinkedIn profile. SixtyFour finds an email or direct phone number from LinkedIn and includes email validation status. Add them from the capabilities catalog.

## Validate, Normalize, and Score Any Record With One API Call

> The Data Quality API lets you check and fix contact and company data before it reaches your CRM, directly from your own integration, in a single API call. Feed it a lead list and it tells you which emails and phone numbers are correctly formatted, confirms whether addresses are real and deliverable, and reformats inconsistent entries like "VP of Sales" and "Vice President, Sales" into one standard value. Available now in Beta as part of the Builder Bundle in GTM.AI Self Serve; create an API key with the Data Quality scope in Custom Apps. Also available in Beta for GTM One Builder Bundle customers with bulk data credits.

## Ask AI About Contact Lists in the Chrome Extension

> Ask AI can now answer questions about contact lists in the Chrome extension side panel. Contacts are already attached. Select rows to narrow the context; a notice tells you when only the first part of a long list is included. Contact lists open on the default buying group, matching the web app. Email and phone links open your mail or phone app, while other widget links open in GTM One.

## October 2026 Data Cube Release

> This quarter's update sharpens where a US location sits on a map. It also reflects two data quality improvements that have been expanding since earlier this quarter. US location coordinates are more precise. US business addresses now point to the building itself wherever that detail is available, instead of a shared point for the surrounding area. The share of records with their own unique coordinate rose from 7% to 24%, sharpening the location data you already use for mapping, routing, and territory work. ZoomInfo's database now stands at approximately 123.1M companies.

## Expanded Contact Enrichment Coverage

> Alternative mobile numbers are now available for 2,280,921 contacts worldwide, with the largest coverage gains in India, the United Kingdom, Brazil, the Netherlands, Australia, and Italy. For teams running international sales or recruiting motions, this expands phone reachability across more than 190 countries and gives reps and recruiters a second number to try for the same contact. We've also added 1.375 million new supplemental emails for US contacts, so there are more email options alongside the added mobile coverage. Both updates activate automatically for eligible accounts across Sales, Copilot, GTM Studio, Talent, and Marketing, appearing as a second contact option directly in search results and contact profiles with no setup required.

## MCP and API Client Integration with n8n

> Give your n8n AI agents and workflows a direct line to ZoomInfo, so they can research companies, enrich contacts, and monitor buying signals. There are two ways to connect. With the ZoomInfo MCP Server on n8n's MCP Client, ask n8n's AI Assistant to research companies and enrich contacts with ZoomInfo data: open the AI Assistant chat box, select +, choose Connected services, search for ZoomInfo, and sign in. With the n8n Node Native API Connector, add the verified ZoomInfo node to any workflow to search contacts by company, title, seniority, and location, search companies by size, revenue, and industry, and enrich the records you already have. An n8n instance owner sets up the node first. Both connections sign in with your own ZoomInfo credentials.

## Audience Triggers Now Default to Safer Run Limits

> Audience triggers (new row, row updated, row deleted) now default to a maximum of 100 runs per day, replacing the previous per-row default. This protects your account from unexpectedly high run volumes when a large audience update occurs. Adjust this limit anytime in the trigger's Run Frequency settings.

## Set a Monthly Credit Budget on Each Agent Team

> Cap how many AI credits an Agent Team can use each calendar month by setting a budget on its Settings page. Once the budget is reached, new runs, whether manual or trigger-fired, don't start until the month resets, and runs already in progress finish. The budget comes out of your organization's AI credit pool, is separate from per-user credit limits, and is unlimited until you set one.

> Date filters on Agent Team triggers now support relative time windows, such as "in the last 30 days" or "more than 90 days ago," alongside fixed dates. ## Test Agent Teams Workflows Up to Any Step

> Choose a step to stop a test run after, so you can validate the first few steps of an Agent Team without running everything after it. Every step up to your stop point runs for real, including actions like sending emails or writing to your CRM, and you only use credits for the steps that run. Pick your stop point from the "Run to step" dropdown on the Review and run step of the Test run wizard.

## Get Notified When Agent Team Runs Finish

> Get an email when an Agent Team run you started completes, fails, or is stopped, so you don't have to keep checking back on long-running or scheduled workflows. Each individual run sends its own email with a link straight to the run's details, and a bulk run sends one summary with the count per status, such as “5 completed, 2 failed, 4 stopped”. When a run is delegated, the email goes to both the person who ran the Agent Team and the delegated user. Turn run emails on or off under Settings > Notifications, or use the bell icon on an agent team to mute just that team.

## Add Ten Agent Tools for Enrichment, Research, Email Checks, and Close CRM

> Ten new Agent Teams tools support enrichment, research, email checks, and CRM work. People Data Labs, Bytemine, and Surfe enrich contacts from an email or LinkedIn profile, and People Data Labs also enriches companies. Bytemine accepts personal emails; Surfe can find a LinkedIn URL from a name and company. Allegrow checks inbox availability in real time. SimilarWeb and Semrush estimate website traffic and engagement, while Ocean.io finds look-alike companies. Sumble checks technology use, and WealthEngine returns wealth and giving estimates. Close CRM searches, creates, and updates leads and contacts and enrolls contacts in sequences. Add these tools from the capabilities catalog.

## Charts in the Documents Chat Creates

> A document an agent builds for you in Chat can now hold bar, line, and pie or donut charts beside its text, so asking for a breakdown of revenue and expenses brings the figures back drawn, not only listed. The charts sit in the document on the canvas like the rest of its content, and blur in demo mode along with it.

## View Settings and Clone & Edit Now Cover More Column Types

> View Settings and Clone & Edit are now available on eight more column types, including Technologies, Scoops, Intent, WebSights Buyer ID, CRM, Owner assignment, Audience lookup, and Contact changes. Agent Team columns support the same pattern too, so you can see or build on the logic behind a column without touching the original. Columns the backend builds automatically in signal audiences don't offer either action yet.

## More Easily Filter Agent Teams

> Finding and configuring Agent Team triggers is now more precise. Filter templates by exact trigger type instead of broad categories, match multiple values in a single filter condition using OR logic (for example, "smith OR jones OR duff"), and filter form-fill triggers by submission status. All three are available now in trigger configuration and the template browser.

## Trigger Agent Teams on ZoomInfo Scoops

> Agent Teams can now trigger automatically on 13 Scoops signal types, including Product Launches, M&A events, IPOs, Layoffs, Hiring Plans, Pain Points, Partnerships, Awards, and more. Each trigger type fires when ZoomInfo detects a matching scoop for an account in your workflow, with filtering on company attributes like industry, revenue, and employee count, plus the scoop description itself. Enrichment pulls a Company Brief automatically so agents have context on the account when the play starts. Find Scoops triggers in the Signals category when building a new trigger in Agent Teams.

## Work With Your Connected Snowflake Data Directly From an Agent

> Once your Snowflake account is connected, an agent can see which tables you have access to and what columns are in each one. Ask for a sample of rows or a filtered record count and you get it back without building anything, so you can size up your own data first. When you want to act on it, the agent can turn a table into a new ZoomInfo audience or add Snowflake columns like account tier and renewal date onto an audience you already have. Access depends on a connected Snowflake integration and the tables your admin exposes in the Integrations tab.

## September 2026 Data Cube Release

> This month's update focuses on two things: grading locations on whether a trusted source has actually confirmed them, and rebuilding every address in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand into one clean format. Location quality is now graded on trusted-source verification rather than an internal confidence score — a location's grade reflects whether a source capable of confirming it has done so recently, and whether the business is still operating there. About 1.2M more locations now meet the top standard, a roughly 17% increase in that group, and nothing has been removed — every location still publishes. Around 22M locations across the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand were also reprocessed into one consistent address format, the same cleanup applied to US addresses last month. Australia and New Zealand gain map coordinates for the first time, and Canada and the UK improve theirs, so address text in these countries should look different and match more cleanly against your own systems going forward. ZoomInfo's database now stands at approximately 123.1M companies.

## Smarter Matching and Merging: Cleaner, More Accurate Contact Profiles

> ZoomInfo has improved the entity resolution and merging processes that caused some contact records to combine two different people's information into a single profile, and 10 million of the identified records have already been corrected into clean, accurate profiles. For example, a contact whose profile previously showed an inconsistent or unusually long job history will now show only the roles that person actually held, so you can trust the contact details belong to the right person. This gives your team more reliable employment history and contact data on every contact profile, feeding cleaner inputs into downstream capabilities like enrichment and employment change signals. If you still notice a profile that looks off, ZoomInfo Support can submit it for manual correction, at no additional cost or setup required on your end.

## Filter Agent Team Triggers by Audience

> You can now scope an Agent Team trigger to fire only for companies in a specific ZoomInfo Audience, so a play acts only on the accounts you actually care about. Add an Audience filter when configuring any trigger and select the audience — for example, restricting website-visit triggers to only your ICP or only existing customers. If you've already built an audience that defines which accounts matter, point your trigger at it instead of rebuilding those filters inside Agent Teams.

## Add Human Approval Checkpoints to Agent Teams

> Agent Teams can now pause at a defined step and wait for a person to sign off before continuing. Add an Approval step between any two steps, choose the approver, and when a run reaches that point it stops and notifies them in the app. The approver sees a plain-language summary of what happened and what's next, then approves, edits the content being handed off, or rejects with a comment saved to run history. A run auto-rejects if no one responds within 12 hours.

## Pick Every Agent Capability From One Catalog

> Building an agent now starts from a single catalog of capabilities — one place for what used to be separate lists of skills, integrations, and tools. Add capabilities by quick search or browse by category, and the builder suggests capabilities based on what the step is supposed to do, automatically attaching clear fits and offering the rest as one-click adds. Suggestions only include integrations your org has already connected, and a disconnected tool warns you on run or activation.

## Create and Update CRM Records and Audiences Directly From a Workflow

> The Create and Update steps in Agent Teams now write directly to GTM Studio Audiences and to Salesforce and HubSpot records, with per-field instructions instead of a free-form agent prompt. Pick the destination from your connected integrations, tell each field what it should contain, and the workflow lands the result exactly where you pointed it — a qualified lead list written into a new audience, or an ICP score and rationale written onto the matching Salesforce record. Field names are checked against your CRM's live metadata, so instructions land on real fields rather than guesses, and workflow output no longer stops at a CSV export on its way to the places sellers actually work.

## Employment Change Trigger for Agent Teams

> Automatically launch an Agent Team play the moment a tracked contact changes jobs, gets promoted, or moves to a new company. The Employment Change trigger fires on title changes, company moves, and departures, with filters for seniority, C-level status, target company, and more, so only the signals that matter to your pipeline kick off a workflow. For example, detect when a champion at a target account joins a new company, then have an agent research their new role, update the contact record in Salesforce, and alert the account owner in Slack.

## Run Agent Teams with Full Audience Input

> Give your Agent Team the full picture before it acts. Previously, running a play against an Audience processed each row as its own separate workflow run, so the agent saw one record at a time with no visibility into the rest of the list. With full Audience input, you can now run a single workflow against the entire Audience at once, giving the agent access to all records simultaneously. This unlocks analysis and synthesis use cases that weren't possible before: prioritize a pipeline segment by fit, rank accounts across a list, or identify patterns across a set of contacts, all in one run.

## Build Agent Teams Using Natural Language

> Describe the Agent Team you want to build in plain language, and ZoomInfo configures it automatically. Type what you're trying to accomplish — for example, "Research accounts that recently showed intent and write personalized outreach in Salesloft" — and the builder creates a complete workflow with the right trigger, steps, and tools already configured. Open it in the canvas to verify and adjust, then activate. To get started, create a new Agent Team and choose Create with AI.

## New Agent Tools: Exa and GetProspect

> Two new tools have joined the agent capability catalog. Exa gives agents web search that matches meaning instead of exact keywords, useful for account research, structured site details, press and product mentions, and finding look-alike companies from a seed account. GetProspect finds a contact's business email from their name and company, then verifies deliverability before the agent adds them to a sequence.

Add a Routing step and pick the assignment type — round robin, an ownership column, the record's CRM account owner, or GTM Studio territories — using the same options and wording as Route to Sellers. Assignments stay inside the workflow unless Write to CRM is turned on, and existing owners are never overwritten unless that's turned on too.

## User Delegation for Agent Team Plays

> Run Agent Team plays on behalf of specific reps, not as the RevOps user who configured them. With User Delegation, select Run as Others when scheduling or manually triggering a play, then choose one or more teammates or user groups — the workflow executes in each rep's context: email outreach sends from their address, Workspace signals reflect their accounts, and records route based on their role. Configure it at run time or when setting up a scheduled trigger, and every execution behaves as if each rep triggered it themselves.

## Champion and Employment Changes Tracking Is Now More Accurate and Faster

> Champion Tracking and job-change signals now draw on more employment data sources, so you find out about a job change faster and with more confidence it's accurate. When you see the signal, it means the person genuinely changed employers — not that their company merged, they transferred departments, or they took on a secondary board role. This is automatically active for all Champion Tracking and signals users in Copilot and Sales OS, with no setup or new package required.

## Syftdata: New GTM Studio Data Enrichment Connector

> Product usage tells you who's actually engaged, not just who signed up. Syftdata's in-product event data is now available as an enrichment attribute in GTM Studio's Enrich panel, so you can layer usage signals like feature adoption and engagement frequency onto an audience alongside firmographic and contact data, and see which accounts are getting real value rather than just headcount. Add the Syftdata connector from the GTM Studio Enrich panel using your Syftdata API key.

## August 2026 Data Cube Release

> This month's update focuses on two things: expanding business validation signals to verify more established companies, and making sure every US location address follows one clean, consistent format. About 2.6M companies now meet ZoomInfo's highest standard for verified company data, thanks to a newly accepted signal — a confirmed headquarters address, even without an active company website. That adds millions of established, verifiable businesses, including many local and regional companies with limited web presence, to the group of company records customers trust most for outreach and account work, a roughly 12% increase in that group. Every existing US location address has also been updated to follow one consistent, clear format, reducing friction when matching or combining ZoomInfo data with your own systems. ZoomInfo's database now stands at approximately 122.8M companies.

## Automate Audience Exports to CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms

> RevOps and operations teams can now configure GTM Studio Audiences to automatically export refreshed records to Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, and other connected destinations on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Previously, even with Automated Refresh keeping audience data current, pushing those updated records into CRM and sales engagement platforms still required a manual trigger after each refresh cycle. Set up your export schedule directly in the Automated Refresh configuration within any Audience, and monitor every run through a full execution history with per-run record counts and audit files.

## API Client Partner Integration with Exa

> Exa's AI-powered web search can now be combined with ZoomInfo's GTM intelligence through the ZoomInfo API. An agent built on Exa that surfaces a company through web search can pull that company's verified firmographics, key contacts, and intent signals from ZoomInfo in the same pass, rather than stopping at what's publicly indexed. That lets developers building agent workflows on Exa act on a lead the moment it turns up, not just identify it.

## MCP Client Integration with Google Gemini

> ZoomInfo now works as a native connector inside Google Gemini Enterprise. Once enabled, Gemini Enterprise can enrich account and contact profiles, analyze buyer intent, and search ZoomInfo's news and Scoops signals as part of a federated search alongside your other connected data sources, so a single Gemini response can blend ZoomInfo intelligence with everything else your organization has connected. There's nothing to register on ZoomInfo's side, no client ID or secret — you authorize with your own ZoomInfo account when you enable the connector. To connect, an admin creates a data store in Google Cloud Console, selects ZoomInfo as the source and Company as the entity to search, then connects that data store to a Gemini Enterprise app.

## API Client Partner Integration with Integrate.com

> Integrate.com's Demand Acceleration Platform validates, enriches, and routes every lead that flows through it before that lead reaches a customer's CRM or marketing automation platform. With ZoomInfo's API now connected, that enrichment step can pull directly from ZoomInfo's firmographic and contact data, so leads arrive in Integrate.com's governed pipeline more complete from the moment they're captured.

## API Client Partner Integration with Orum

> Orum brings together parallel dialing, conversation analytics, and AI coaching into one calling performance platform for outbound sales teams, using AI to detect voicemails, filter out bad numbers, and navigate phone directories so reps spend their time in live conversations instead of working through a dial list. With the ZoomInfo API now connected, Orum can pull in ZoomInfo mobile phone numbers and account and contact context directly into that calling workflow, and mutual customers can also import Orum's dialer call activity into Chorus for conversation intelligence on top of every call.

## MCP Client Integration with Replit

> Replit's AI agent turns a plain-English description into a working app, and it can now build against ZoomInfo's company and contact intelligence through a native connector along the way. Describe an internal tool that should pull up account details for a given company, and the agent can wire it to real ZoomInfo data as it builds, rather than a developer adding that connection by hand after the prototype is done. To connect, open your Replit workspace settings, go to Integrations, and select the ZoomInfo connector.

## MCP Client Integration with Slack

> Slack AI can now call ZoomInfo tools directly inside your workspace. Ask a natural-language question like "show me the VPs of Sales at [company]" or "research this account and summarize its business," and Slack AI invokes ZoomInfo's company and contact intelligence to answer right there, without switching tabs. This builds on the existing ZoomInfo app for Slack, which already delivers Copilot Breaking Alerts and Chorus meeting summaries straight to your channels and direct messages. To connect, an admin authorizes the ZoomInfo app for Slack with the MCP permission enabled, then any teammate can turn on ZoomInfo MCP tools from Slack's Manage Apps menu using their own ZoomInfo credentials.

## API Client Partner Integration with Tray.ai

> Tray.ai connects and automates processes across a tech stack, and it now has a native connector for pulling ZoomInfo's GTM intelligence into those workflows. Build an automation that verifies and deduplicates incoming leads against ZoomInfo data before they reach your CRM, routes an account to the right rep the moment it starts showing intent on a relevant topic, or refreshes CRM records on a schedule based on what's actually changed in ZoomInfo, all without custom integration code.

## MCP Client Integration with Von

> Von analyzes a revenue team's calls, CRM records, and email to answer questions about what's actually happening across their deals, like which stage a deal is really in or what a prospect committed to on the last call. It can now pull in ZoomInfo's company and contact intelligence through a native MCP connector, so a question like "what's the risk on this renewal" draws on a team's own conversation and CRM history alongside ZoomInfo's firmographic and contact data, not just one or the other. To connect, set up the ZoomInfo MCP connection from Von's platform settings.

## API Client Partner Integration with Zapier

Build a Zap that triggers when a target account shows new buying intent or a contact changes jobs, then routes that update straight into your CRM, ad platform, or Slack. The same connection also brings in ZoomInfo actions for pulling lookalike companies, org charts, and corporate hierarchy data into any Zap you're already running.

## Track Buying Committee Moves, Hiring Signals, and More in Account Research

> Account Research now returns a consistent set of five sections on every company you look up — buying committee, important contacts, recent conversations, summary of engagements, and pain points and use cases. It also surfaces buying-committee changes, hiring activity, recent projects, and website visitor activity, so a briefing shows not just who's involved with an account but what's shifting there right now. Anyone asking a connected AI tool or the CLI to research an account gets a deeper, more current answer without changing how they ask the question.

## 2.9M Personal Email Coverage Expansion

> ZoomInfo expanded personal email coverage by 2.9 million contacts, associating supplemental emails to business profiles and giving more contacts multiple supplemental email options for waterfall enrichment — ZoomInfo's process of automatically trying back-up contact fields until it finds one that works. When prospects engage with your website using a personal email address, ZoomInfo now resolves more of those visitors to their complete business profile, showing you their company, title, and contact information for improved match rates. For existing contacts in your database, more now have a second or third supplemental email on file, so GTM Studio's waterfall enrichment can surface additional alternative values — especially valuable for recruiters who rely on supplemental email to reach candidates when a work email tied to their current employer isn't an option.

> Admins can now connect a single attribute from their identity provider, Okta or Azure AD, to pre-built Subscription Groups in the ZoomInfo Admin Portal, so every new user gets the right product access, admin permissions, and credit allocation automatically the moment their account syncs. For example, mapping new hires to a "Sales Rep" group instantly grants their Sales product access, bulk credits, and AI Action Credits, with no manual setup or CSV upload required, giving IT centralized governance as teams scale. Configure Subscription Groups under User Management, Auto Provisioning in the Admin Portal, then apply them across every new hire going forward.

## Spot the News That Actually Matters for Your Accounts

> Get a grouped digest of an account's recent news and business events, sorted by category like funding, leadership changes, and expansion, with a one-line "so what" on every item. The digest closes with the one or two items that open a timely outreach angle, so you can lead with something specific instead of scanning headlines yourself.

## Reconnect With Any Contact Without Losing the Thread

> Ask for a recap of your relationship with a specific person and get their posture toward you classified on a clear scale, from engaged champion to gone quiet, along with whether that posture is strengthening or weakening and why. You'll also see what they've said or asked for lately and what they're waiting on from you, so you can re-engage with full context instead of guessing where you stand.

## Start Your Day With a Brief on Every Meeting

> Ask for a brief on your day and get one card per external meeting, each covering where the account stands, the single outcome to drive, and any follow-ups still open. If your calendar is packed, the skill flags the meeting count first and offers to narrow the scope, so a busy day doesn't turn into an unplanned credit spend.

## Map a Prospect's Buying Process From What They've Told You

> Map a prospect's decision-making process using only what they've actually said on recent calls, including criteria, timeline, and approvers. Anything the conversations never covered is marked "not stated" instead of inferred, and a named approver is always kept distinct from one a rep merely assumed was involved, so the read holds up in a forecast review.

## Draft Follow-Up Emails Grounded in the Actual Call

> Draft a follow-up email after a call that pulls the commitments and next steps that were genuinely discussed, complete with a verification list of what was extracted from each side so nothing gets added or missed. ## Jump Back Into Any Stalled Email Thread Instantly

> Summarize a long email thread by reading the actual message content, not just subject lines, and get back where it stands, what was decided, and what's still open, with every point attributed to who said it. The summary is ordered by importance rather than message order, so the decisions that matter surface above the scheduling chatter.

## See the Full Story of Any Relationship at a Glance

> Get a timeline of every meeting and email with an account or contact, split by type with a per-person participant count, and flagged the moment someone who engaged early has gone quiet. ## Get Executives Up to Speed Before They Walk Into a Call Cold

## Build a Mutual Action Plan From What Was Actually Discussed

> Build a mutual action plan directly from what was discussed on recent calls, with each step and owner traced back to the conversation where it was agreed to rather than assumed. Steps neither side has confirmed are marked as proposed instead of committed, so the plan reflects real alignment and doesn't overstate where the deal actually stands.

## Get a Recommended Next Move on Any Deal or Relationship

> Ask for the next best action on a deal and get a specific recommendation, such as looping in a champion who mentioned budget approval is close or re-engaging a stakeholder who's gone quiet since the last call, along with the exact conversation moment that recommendation is based on. When the history doesn't clearly support a confident recommendation, the skill says so instead of guessing.

## Track How Objections and Blockers Evolve Across a Deal

> Track open objections and blockers on a deal and see how each one has evolved across recent calls, with every blocker marked as resolved, still open, or resurfaced in a new form. This distinction matters because a blocker that keeps reappearing under different language is a different risk than one that's genuinely been put to rest, and the tracker calls that difference out explicitly.

## Assemble a QBR Prep Pack in Minutes

> Assemble a QBR prep pack that pulls specific value moments straight from the account's conversation history, like a feature the customer explicitly credited with saving time, alongside adoption themes, risk signals, and renewal readiness, so the narrative is built from what customers actually said rather than a generic quarterly template with blanks to fill in.

## Prepare for a Renewal With Value, Risk, and Expansion in One View

> Prepare for an upcoming renewal with a single view of value delivered, risk signals such as a champion changing roles or usage dropping off, and expansion opportunities, each traced back to a specific moment in the account's conversation history instead of a generic health score. Go into the renewal conversation knowing exactly what to lead with and what to watch for.

## Build the "Why Now" Case for Reaching Out

## Prioritize Audiences with Account Fit and In-Market Scores

> GTM Studio Audiences now include Account Fit Score (AFS) and In-Market Score (IMS) as enrichment columns, giving you a single workspace to sort, filter, and segment accounts by ICP alignment and active buying intent. Both scores are now embedded directly in Audiences alongside all other enrichment attributes — no more reconciling which accounts belong in each tier before activating. Access AFS and IMS under Score and Route in any GTM Studio Audience, with picklist filters for Fit Category (Great Fit, Moderate Fit, Low Fit) and Funnel Stage (Awareness through Evaluation).

## List Active Pulses Through the Agent API

> The Agent API now includes an endpoint for retrieving a user's active pulses — ZoomInfo's prioritized, plain-text insights on companies and contacts, built for AI agents to read and act on directly. Each pulse includes a priority level, category, and a link to the associated company or contact. Dismissed, saved, and expired pulses are excluded automatically so agents only see what's current. ## ZoomInfo Chrome Extension: Rebuilt as a Native Application

> The ZoomInfo Chrome Extension has been rebuilt from the ground up on modern technology, replacing the legacy extension that caused latency, crashes, and slowdowns. Pages load 2–3× faster, and better page parsing raises match rates so more of the people and companies you view return a verified, complete record. The extension now opens in its own Chrome side panel instead of overlaying the page, matched records show a clear verified indication, and Copilot customers get a new AI-generated "Important to know" section on every profile for quick call prep. The update is already live in your extension — no action needed.

## Query ZoomInfo from Your Terminal

> The GTM CLI puts ZoomInfo's go-to-market data behind a single command: gtm. Search and enrich companies and contacts, pull intent signals, scoops, and news, and run account research directly from your shell with results streaming as JSON, JSONL, CSV, YAML, or a table. It connects to the same backend as the ZoomInfo MCP server, so data, credits, and your GTM context are consistent across the CLI, your AI agents, and any API integrations. Install in one line via Homebrew or npm, authenticate with a single browser-based OAuth flow, and it runs unattended in scripts, cron jobs, and CI pipelines.

## MCP Client Integration with Gong

> ZoomInfo's MCP server is now available inside Gong, connected through Gong's Agent Studio. Revenue teams can build account brief sections powered by ZoomInfo tools, pulling recent news and scoops, technographic data, and buyer intent signals on any account directly into pre-call briefs. Each brief section runs a prompt against the ZoomInfo MCP server, pulling exactly the signals a rep needs for that account. To connect, go to Admin > Ecosystem > MCP Connections in Gong, click Explore Connections, and find ZoomInfo to complete the OAuth flow.

## July 2026 Data Cube Release

> The July 2026 data update adds new companies automatically as they're verified, tightens the standard for what counts as a verified location, and introduces a new growth signal for spotting momentum. New companies now require confirmation from a verified source before they're added, so recently formed businesses show up sooner in your searches. A "Current" location must now be confirmed within the last 18 months, giving you a cleaner signal for territory and account work. A new Abstracted Growth Rate (AGR) companion table maps each company to a growth bucket — hypergrowth, stable, or shrinking — based on a blend of signals like headcount, revenue, funding, and web activity, surfacing rising accounts even when they aren't hiring. AGR covers Tier A and published Tier B companies and is available upon request through your dedicated DaaS Delivery Consultant. ZoomInfo's database now stands at approximately 122.8M companies.

## Build a Meeting and Email Timeline for Any Company or Contact

> The browse_engagements MCP tool gives AI agents access to a company's or contact's meeting and email history directly from ZoomInfo, enabling workflows that need to understand prior touchpoints before generating outreach, coaching recommendations, or account summaries. Filter by contact or company ID, date range, and engagement type (emails, meetings, or both), with results returned in chronological or reverse-chronological order. The tool does not consume data credits or AI credits. Results require at least one active calendar, email, or meeting integration connected to ZoomInfo.

## Build GTM Studio Audiences Directly from AI Agents

> AI agents connected to ZoomInfo MCP can now create a GTM Studio audience, define its columns, and populate rows without anyone touching the GTM Studio UI. Three new tools handle the full setup sequence: upsert_audience initializes the audience, manage_audience_columns defines its structure, and manage_audience_rows adds or updates records. Workflows that previously required a human to first configure an audience before an agent could enrich or activate it can now run end-to-end. Covers simple use cases for now, with enhancements arriving in future releases.

## Answer Account Questions from Real Conversation History

> A new conversation_intelligence tool in the ZoomInfo MCP server lets AI agents answer account-specific questions by reasoning over indexed call recordings, emails, and meeting transcripts captured through Chorus or any connected third-party web conferencing provider. Before this tool, agents could retrieve lists of engagement records but had no way to reason over their content. Now you can ask what objections a prospect raised, which competitors came up, or what action items your team committed to — and get a cited answer drawn from actual conversations. Reference a company by name and the agent automatically resolves the correct ZoomInfo company ID without requiring manual lookup.

## Get Company Signals in a Single MCP Call

> The new enrich_company_signals MCP tool returns intent, news, and scoop data for a company in one call instead of requiring three separate requests, cutting the round trips and token overhead AI agents spend assembling account context before taking action. Each call accepts a company identifier and returns all configured signal types in a single structured response. The tool provides the option to return any combination of the three signal types. The three individual signal tools (enrich_intent, enrich_news, enrich_scoops) are being deprecated in favor of this unified tool.

## Narrow Lookalike Company Results by Firmographics

> The find_similar_companies MCP tool now accepts boolean filter parameters for revenue range, country, industry, and employee range, so AI agents can scope lookalike results to exactly the firmographic profile that matters for a given workflow. A territory expansion agent can now return only mid-market lookalikes in a specific country; a prospecting workflow can restrict results to companies of a similar size in the same industry. Page size is also now configurable. The find_similar_contacts tool is not affected.
