# Tech Stack Snapshot

> Produce a technographic snapshot for one or more companies — what tools they have tagged across CRM, marketing automation, data warehouse, BI, conversation intelligence, and intent / ABM. Surfaces displacement plays for competitive tools and integration angles for partners.

## Overview

Tech Stack Snapshot produces a per-company tech-stack snapshot grouped by category, anchored on your GTM context. The skill queries ZoomInfo's company database with `techAttributeTagList` to verify each product in a curated universe of around 30 to 50 anchor tools, then groups the detections by category and pairs them with displacement and integration angles drawn from your defined competitors and partners.

Detections are binary and verified. A green check comes from a non-zero search result, and a red cross means no tag was found. The skill never invents presence. When the same vendor appears under multiple sub-products (Salesforce alone has 70+ tagged products), the universe checks each major sub-product, and three or more detections in the same category surface a multi-product anomaly flag for the user to investigate.

Absence is surfaced as absence, not as evidence the company doesn't use the tool. A missing tag could be a data gap, a recent adoption, or a non-standard naming convention. The output makes that distinction visible rather than overclaiming coverage.

## What It Does

- **Per-company snapshots**: Detections grouped by category, plus a short stack signature label (Salesforce + Marketo + Snowflake + Mixpanel) for at-a-glance read.
- **Displacement and integration angles**: Each detection mapped against your GTM context for competitive displacement plays or integration partner framing.
- **Coverage gaps as opportunities**: Categories with no detection get flagged when they map to a GTM offering, so the gap reads as a greenfield play.
- **Multi-product anomaly detection**: Three or more products in the same category trigger a flag for the user to investigate stale tagging or multi-BU complexity.
- **Cross-company comparison**: When more than one company is in scope, a comparison table shows which products are present where for cohort-level analysis.

## Use Cases

### Pre-Call Discovery

Before a sales call, run Tech Stack Snapshot on the target account and walk into the conversation knowing whether they already have your competitor's tool, your integration partner, or a clear coverage gap. The stack signature label gives the AE a one-liner to confirm in discovery.

### Competitive Battle Card Prep

For competitive deal prep, the snapshot surfaces every detected tool that matches a configured competitor. Displacement angles are anchored on the specific GTM value prop tied to that competitor, so battle cards don't fall back on generic "we're better than X" framing.

### Integration-Partner Research

When evaluating which accounts have an integration partner's tool tagged, run the snapshot across the target account list. The cross-company comparison surfaces the cohort that already uses the partner, making the co-sell pitch concrete rather than speculative.
