## Overview

Score Leads tiers a list of leads or cold contacts as Hot, Warm, or Cold, with a response-time SLA tuned to the use case. The tier and SLA are the first thing the rep sees, not buried beneath a composite breakdown. Every Hot lead carries verified phone and accuracy data, because a Hot lead with bad data is a dial-the-wrong-number failure.

The skill scores on four axes: person fit (does the individual match a buyer persona), account fit (does their employer match your ICP), source signal (what action got us the lead), and trigger or intent (fresh event or active research at the employer). The trigger axis includes a seat-fit modifier so a new CFO event boosts a CFO-seat lead but not an unrelated one. This prevents company-level signals from inflating leads that don't sit in the relevant function.

Resolution is deterministic for emails. A typo'd email fails loudly rather than silently routing to name search. Name-and-company resolutions surface ambiguity when multiple plausible matches exist. The cost of getting it wrong is dialing the wrong person.

## What It Does

- **Tier and SLA up front**: Hot, Warm, or Cold with a response-time SLA tuned to the use case (live inbound, event follow-up, PQL triage, content nurture).
- **Verified Hot contact data**: Every Hot lead shows phone, accuracy score, and inline quality flags (stale record, mobile only, low accuracy).
- **"Why now" per lead**: One sentence citing the specific axis driver (seat × source × trigger), never restating the composite or using generic phrasing.
- **Concrete next action**: Direct dial number, channel, and the angle to open with, not "engage promptly."
- **Component breakdown below the fold**: Per-axis scores and weights shown after the scannable row, so reps can audit without scrolling past it.

## Use Cases

### Live Inbound Routing

For a demo request or pricing inquiry coming through the form, run Score Leads in inbound-routing mode. Hot leads carry a sub-5-minute SLA, verified phone, and a why-now that cites the specific driver. SDRs and AEs see exactly which leads to dial first and which angle to open on.

### MQL or PQL Triage for the SDR Queue

When a batch of MQLs or product-qualified leads lands in the queue, the skill tiers them with a same-day SLA on Hot, sequence-cadence on Warm, and nurture on Cold. Source backfills happen explicitly when the inbound source is missing, not silently defaulted.

### Event Follow-Up

After a webinar or trade event, run the attendee list through Score Leads with an event-follow-up SLA. Hot leads get a one-hour follow-up window with the why-now anchored on the attendance plus persona fit, while Cold attendees route to a weekly nurture cadence without burning rep capacity.
