## Overview

QBR Prep assembles everything you need to walk into a quarterly business review: what value landed, what the customer has been raising, where the risks are, and what to cover. It pairs account_research for the deal and relationship picture with conversation_intelligence over the recent calls for what the customer actually said. The pack is review-ready and grounded in specific sources.

The skill snapshots the account first: deal status, stakeholders, and recent firmographic and news context. It then reads the two to four most relevant recent calls for value moments the customer voiced, usage and adoption themes, risks, and open items. Value moments sit at the heart of the pack, each tied to the call it came from. Usage and adoption themes come from what was discussed, since ZoomInfo does not carry product-usage telemetry.

Give it the account by ZoomInfo company ID or a name to resolve, and optionally the review scope (the period and the QBR's goal: renewal runway, expansion, adoption push). The scope shapes what to foreground. When no conversation data exists, the skill builds the pack from account_research and flags that value moments and themes could not be drawn from conversations.

## What It Does

- **Account snapshot**: Pulls account_research for deal status, stakeholders, and recent context to frame the review.
- **Recent call read**: Runs conversation_intelligence over the two to four most relevant meetings for what the customer said.
- **Value moments**: Captures the outcomes the customer acknowledged, each tied to the call it came from, as the center of the pack.
- **Adoption themes**: Draws usage and adoption signals from the conversations, and marks thin coverage rather than inventing it.
- **Risks and open items**: Lists evidence-backed risks and unresolved items, each with a source and, where possible, a handle.
- **Suggested focus**: Recommends the two or three things to lead with or land, tied to the value, themes, and risks above.

## Use Cases

### Prep for a Quarterly Business Review

A QBR is a week out and you need a pack that reflects the account, not a template. The skill snapshots the relationship, pulls the value moments the customer voiced across recent calls, and lays out the risks and open items, so the review opens with proof of value and a clear agenda.

### Build a Pack Focused on Renewal Runway

The review sits ahead of a renewal, so you want the pack angled toward retention. Passing that scope, the skill foregrounds the acknowledged outcomes and the unresolved risks that bear on renewal, and recommends the two or three points to land to strengthen the runway.

### Summarize What Landed and What the Customer Raised

You want a fast, sourced read on the quarter before a prep meeting. The skill returns the value the customer acknowledged, the adoption themes they described, and the concerns still open, each traced to a specific conversation, giving you an honest basis for the review.
