## Overview

Mutual Action Plan turns the commitments made on recent calls into a single shared plan. It reviews an account's recent meetings, then reads the most substantive of them for open items, agreed next steps, owners, and the dates each side discussed. The result is one dated table of steps, each owned by your team or the customer, driving toward an agreed goal.

The plan is built for account executives and customer success managers running a close or an onboarding. Every step traces back to something said on a call. When a step was discussed without an owner or a date, the skill marks it for confirmation instead of guessing.

Give it the account (a ZoomInfo company ID, or a name to resolve) and the goal with its target date. If the plan depends on a date that was never discussed, the skill asks you rather than inventing one. When no conversation data exists, it says so and offers to draft from items you provide.

## What It Does

- **Recent call review**: Scans account-scoped meetings in chronological order and picks the two to four most substantive for a closer read.
- **Commitment extraction**: Reads each selected call with conversation_intelligence for open items, agreed next steps, owners, and any dates or sequencing raised.
- **Two-sided ownership**: Tags every step to your team or the customer, so the plan shows who is on the hook for what.
- **Deduped, ordered plan**: Merges items across calls into one table sorted by date, with undated steps placed last.
- **Gap flagging**: Surfaces steps discussed without a clear owner or date, plus unresolved dependencies, as the first things to nail down.

## Use Cases

### Turn Close-Stage Calls Into a Shared Plan

You have run three calls with a late-stage prospect and want a close plan both sides agree to. The skill reads those calls, pulls the security review, the procurement steps, and the exec sign-off that came up, then assigns each an owner and the date discussed. Anything raised without a date lands in the gaps section to settle on the next call.

### Build an Onboarding Plan From a Kickoff

After a signed deal, the kickoff call covered integration work, a training session, and a go-live target. The skill turns that conversation into a dated plan split across your team and the customer, so onboarding starts from what was actually committed rather than a generic template.

### Align Both Sides on Next Steps and Dates

Heading into a weekly deal sync, you want a clean view of who owns what. The skill produces the ordered table and flags the two steps discussed without an owner, giving you a short, specific list to confirm with the customer.
